I was more than happy with my first order at Christmas. Swift delivery and pillowcases were as advertised. I ordered an additional pillowcase and silk bobbles recently following recent surgery. The delivery was handed over to a neighbour (who refuses to hand the parcel over to me and refuses to handover any other neighbours properties). All I keep getting from the company is that they delivered it to the neighbour who agreed he would take the parcel in for me. Of course he would agree. He doesn’t give neighbours their parcels. Sadly, I’ve no option but to pursue this criminally for my neighbouring and also via the small claims court against Silk Pillow Cases. It’s a shame as I received excellent service and delivery from my first order at Christmas.

Lovely pillowcases but ridiculous delivery times. I have just placed my second order and im waiting over a week for it to be even despatched. My first order was delivered in a similar time frame but I mistakenly thought it may have been a one off. When I followed up with customer service last time, I got no apology nor explanation. Just not good enough.

I ordered a set of pillowcases as a gift for my 12th wedding anniversary. The colour I picked was not in stock and when I contacted silk pillowcase to see if it would arrive in time they were honest and upfront that it wouldn't, and also happy to replace the order with a colour they could expedite to me, despite it not being possible to stop my first order going through, so trusting me to send that one back. The replacements arrived in time. The quality is excellent, with the silk thick and heavy. Would not hesitate to recommend them or to go back.

I ordered the pillow cases as a birthday gift but i didn’t realise that it wouldn’t arrive in time i contacted Michelle and she very kindly changed the delivery to 1st class post with no extra cost to me. I received them today and the gift box and quality of the pillow cases is beautiful. I’d definitely purchase again and a huge thank you to Michelle 😊

Unfortunately I am still waiting for my Pillowcase which I ordered on the 16th November. (Order 18817). I contacted the supplier (Michelle at Silk pillowcase) and after an initial response to my query have not heard anything back to date.
Update.....
Hurrah. My order arrived this morning. I have yet to assess the quality. But it appears ok. Michelle called last night to explain the delay so thank you.

Service was good, hence the 2 stars. I do try to support small businesses if i can. The first pillowcase was poorly made, frayed around the seams by the zip and part of that seam hadn't been sewn properly and there was a large gap. This was replaced quickly but I had to pay postage costs. The second, replacement pillowcase looked okay when it arrived - at least the edges weren't frayed and the seams were all sewn properly without gaps. It felt nice to sleep on.
After the first wash ( machine at 30 °) it started to lose it's sheen and silkiness, and after about 6 washes it looked and felt like any ordinary pillowcase. After around a year, ( I'm not sure how long they are supposed to last for) the seams started to fray around the zip especially around the pull bit on the zip which made it hard to zip up. After another 6 months the zip came away completely. It looks like it's poorly stitched with very little material allowed for the seams. It's now in 2 bits - the pillowcase, and the zip.
Very disappointing. Sadly, I wouldn't buy from here again.

Excellent service! Great communication and speedy delivery. The silk is so soft and products are absolutely gorgeous. The accompanying information is well put together and very helpful. I bought two masks for work and a pillow case which I used last night for the first time and it has made such a difference! It was lovely and cool to sleep on and my hair looked really good this morning. I will absolutely be buying more so I’d better get saving now for the full bedding set!! I really don’t want to go back to using anything else now. Thank you so much Michelle and family, you’ve done a fabulous job and I am so happy with my purchase!

Excellent customer service email communication and super fast delivery; Arrived within 24 hours of placing the order! As a secondary school teacher, I will be wearing a face covering for hours at a time and this feels silky (literally) soft and no doubt will be very comfortable when I wear it on Monday 8 March 2021. This is a fantastic company and I love my silk pillowcases - beautifully made and in such gorgeous colours. They arrived almost the next day and were well packaged. I am now totally converted to silk bed linen. Michelle and her team are so professional and friendly. I purchased a white silk pillowcase for my wife's birthday and she loves it. I did purchase a similar pillowcase from 'Blissy' worst customer experience ever...! What a difference buying from here was, with superb communication and fast delivery. Packaging was really well presented too, keep up the good work.

I think this pillowslip is a con. Truly, a crisp, starched cotton one is just as good. I stupidly purchased one and quite honestly it is no different to any other pillowcase. It is a case of the Emperor’s new clothes!

I was sceptical that an expensive pillowcase would make any difference...
I have wanted to try silk pillowcase for a while, but didn't want to part with £50 for one. After doing a bit of research online, I came across Calidad Home.
The site is easy to use, has great reviews and were offering a discount.
I was unsure that a silk pillow would make any difference, but it has!
I have only used for a week, but my hair is manageable in the morning, my skin has more of a glow and clearer and I have slept better (and it's been warmer weather). I don't wake up like I've been dragged through the bushes!
I am starting to learn it is worth investing in your skin and hair, especially as I'm getting older.
Communication from Calidad was great, as I was a little concerned I had spent a lot of money online with a company I didn't know. But, I was kept updated throughout the order.
Delivery was excellent - fit through the letterbox as described.
I even got an email a day after delivery on reminding me how to wash the silk, which I appreciated!
I would definitely purchase from them again, maybe some towels on pay day.

Best thing I ever spent money on...my two silk pillowcases I bought from Calidad Home. The quality of the silk is beyond my expectations. Their communication and customer services are perfect no need of improvement.
