The website offers 3 for 2. I bought 6, received 7 when I should actually have received 8. At the price tag this is too expensive to overlook.
The customer service team has ignored my emails. The website only has the USA return address.
Just don’t buy from this company- use good olds Marks or a similar UK based company instead. Better prices and better service.

Priced at £39. Pricing in small writing £150.
No statement or order details after ordering.
No return information to USA. So far not responded to email to send one. FedEx will not return without.
Be very careful. Feel as though I have been conned 🤬

Be aware shipping is from USA - I tried to chase a very lengthy wait for my parcel but received no response at all from Blissy

Ordered a £69 pillowcase on blissy.com on 30 December and the money came out of my account on 31st. It's now 9th Jan, and no delivery and no response from customer services to my many emails. Phone number is in the States and I'm in the UK. THIEVING COMPANY.

I ordered a sleep mask as part of my son girlfriend birthday present and out of 3 things delivered it is the only one not delivered I emailed and said it can be up to 15 working days said I would cancel and get refund said no as in transit I will never use it again I ordered on 3/11

I ordered a sleep mask on 23rd September 2025 which cost £35, for my friends birthday on 14th October 2025. Nothing had arrived by the 11th of October so I emailed them to ask how much longer it was going to be. They emailed me saying it had been delivered on the 4th of October and sent me a photo of a parcel in some warehouse somewhere in the world! Absolute joke. When I complained they said it was probably delivered to a neighbour. When I confirmed it wasn’t they said they would need to investigate which would take 15 working days . I then had to keep emailing them to get updates as they weren’t contacting me. After 20 w days they said they would send it again within 1 to 3 w days. Then nothing… when I chased them up after a week they said my parcel had been delivered 4th October. Groundhog Day! This company is a scam! Don’t order from them!

Have made two orders with Blissy. Pillow cases arrived in good time. Have used for over a year and no problems with zips or anything. Fascinated there are so many bad reviews when my experience has been excellent.

I have 5 pillow cases two zips coming away from seams One zip pull came away on first go and material just going thread bear. All washed to instructions. Customer service nonexistent.
Buy from Marks &Spencer much better quality

I am loathe to even leave then one star. Ordered what l thought was one pillowcase on the 7th August which would have cost me £39,instead it ended up costing me £156 and l still haven't received the order. Tried contacting them at blissy.com but apparently they are not registered. They were fast enough to take my money.Their products are all over Facebook saying how wonderful the pill cases are but as far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of scammers. !

Ordered some silk pillowcases, buy 3 get 1 free from the Blissy uk website. Not cheap, £180 altogether so imagine my dismay when I received an email from Blissy to thank me and tell me my items would be shipped from California and to expect them in 15-20 days. Having made the mistake previously of ordering from America and being charged fees on receipt I had vowed never to buy again so I emailed Blissy and explained that I had ordered from a UK website so did not expect to pay any charges. I just received a reply stating all Blissy silk pillowcases are shipped from California, back went another email, back came a stock reply. If I didn’t accept the package it would be returned less postage or if I returned the items I would have to pay return postage to America. Well all j can say is today I have received the pillowcases which are very nice delivered by EVRI !
Why did they not just tell me this when I queried? Customer service poor. Pillowcases very nice but you can buy these from a seller on eBay for slightly less but you don’t have the choice of colours. For your peace of mind I would buy from eBay

Pillowcases are cream not white so do not match my white bed linen. Have not received a response to my email.

Very poor quality product.
I have 4 Blissy pillowcases, although they are lovely to sleep on, each one has frayed along both sides of the zipper.
They have also split where the Blissy sign is sewn.
I was bought these as a birthday present and have been so disappointed considering the high price.
I don’t think they are worth the money.
I complained to Blissy customer service and they seemed insistent on trying to put the problem back to me suggesting I had not followed their washing instructions, which I most definitely had.
Don’t buy them!

I can’t believe I paid £64 for one pillowcase that is a load of rubbish. It’s supposed to make your skin and hair smooth,load of rubbish! Don’t waste your money.

My sister bought a kingsize pillowcase for me .I love it but upon washing the zipper came off and was lost.I complained to blissy and within 24 hours this was resolved and they are sending me a new pillowcase. I have given the 4stars because of the response of the customer service. I will let you know if I dont receive this but I have every faith in them.

Liars and terrible customer service. I contacted them over a dozen times when they provided misleading/contradictory information over the nature and health benefits of their product. They gave me two responses - one telling me to email them at their customer review email and one bot response that did not answer the question - so they were definitely getting my emails. However they have completely ignored me. I intend to take further action. They clearly haven't realised that if they sell in a country they are subject to that countries consumer protection legislation.

Waste of money. Exorbitant price and of the three I ordered, two are now ruined (within three months) as the zip has come away from the seam. Very inferior quality at a very inflated price. Do not buy!

The website is misleading as the choice of “buy three get one free” seems to increase the price and is significantly more than 3 at the original price.
Also although returns within in 60 days are offered nowhere does it state that the buyer has to pay for this themselves and that the items must be returned to California USA. Had I known this I would not have made the purchase.I did in fact make the purchase in error as my finger slipped when I was trying to go back and review the order and I found that I had actually ordered these pillowcases which I can not afford and do not want.

Beware: I thought I was buying from a UK company, but these pillowcases are American and the sizing is different! I bought 2 pillowcases and they are much too small for our standard British pillows, so no use at all. No quibble with the quality, just no use to us.

I wasn't worried because Blissy made such a point about returns and refunds being easy BUT................you have to return them to the USA and pay all the return shipment/freight charges, and they don't even help out by providing a returns label to print off.

Note to self: ALWAYS read the reviews first before buying!

Just influencers trying to make a few quid.
Silk vs Cotton claims by them are chemically, biologically and physically impossible.
