The team were really helpful in helping me send back an item I forgot to return especially when the Royal Mail didn’t recognise the post code I was given by them. They gave me an alternative and all is now sorted.

I have bought lots from this company never had an issue until now, I purchased a beige jumpsuit that took a few weeks to arrive, unfortunately it arrived the day I was going on holiday, I’ve come back and the 14 days return policy means I can’t return it, and the jumpsuit is extremely poor quality

Following on from my previous review of not receiving my order as Evri had apparently been waiting to receive it for 2 weeks. I got a reply from Helen at SilkFred, who got in touch with the supplier and tracked down my order, and I received it yesterday.

Ordered two items (10948291) and returned one. Silk Fred received it back and confirmed the refund would be in my account within 14 days. I should have read the previous reviews as 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. It's a shame to leave a negative review as the dresses are beautiful and I love the quality.

Used to use Silk Fred a lot. The last year the quality of the clothes has been awful, really cheap looking and nothing like the picture. I’ve also had to chase for my refunds that take over 2 months to come back. Won’t be using them again!

I love the range of items available on Silk Fred and the idea of supporting smaller brands within their business model. However for the second time this year I am waiting a refund which has exceeded their 14 working day refund policy. It's underhand and unacceptable. It feels like its now part of their business model to hold up refunds to earn money on the interest or even worse ignore the refund process until you complain. Please sort this out Silk Fred or you will be losing many customers.

The dress I bought I already have in 2 other colours in the last year or two. I ordered it in exactly the same size as the others, the dress arrived and the quality of the material was no where near the quality of the other two and the sizing was definitely not the same.

I’ve just purchased a beautiful dress for an upcoming wedding and the ordering process and delivery of the item was great. Obviously I haven’t had to return it so can’t comment on that side of the company. I’m petite and although there isn’t much choice in that area and the dress I bought wasn’t labelled as petite, it was the perfect length to go with the shoes I’ve got to go with it

I like the shop and the different options are good when looking for something like a wedding guest dress. I get that it's different brands in one place but I was a bit annoyed having to pay £16 worth of shipping from 4 different stores and when I wanted to return, another £6 to 3 places. I think SilkFred themselves should absorb some of these costs or at least just have a one way shipping/return free. I probably won't shop here again for this reason, I've ended up paying over £50 for a £30 dress.

I had difficulty downloading a return label I contacted Silk Fred - the customer service was fantastic, they sorted it all out for me and I will definitely shop again.

The dress i ordered was well made, but i didnt like it so returned it. Over a month later i am still chasing for my refund. There are companies out there who are better to deal with, refund on time and also have quality goods, use them, not SilkFred, I personally will never order from them again.

Bought a dress from here and it didnt fit - sent back at the beginning of the month. Waited the 14 WORKING DAYS it tells you to wait once received and guess what - still no refund! Wouldnt recommend at all! Nobody available to talk to when you try to report!

Great clothes and reasonably priced.
However REFUNDS TAKE FAR TOO LONG.
Up to 2 months from date of return and only if I actively chase them up via their chat function.
Appreciate that they have to get the money from the supplier but this is massively letting them down and needs to be reviewed and rectified or they will lose loyal customers.
I have raised this at least twice direct with them.

Be really careful ordering. I spent over £100 had no confirmation, no items, no response from customer service after over 2 weeks of trying so now having to try and get my money back from my credit card company.
Update - I love that SilkFred reply on here but having sent numerous emails to them they don’t respond directly so why bother on trust pilot. Please stop asking people for more info @faye if you are just going to ignore them

Like to choose something a bit flashy and this sequinned jumpsuit fits the bill.
I am really looking forward to wearing this garment which I felt was reasonably priced.
I expected delivery would have been longer

I ordered something and instead of taking the money I had on account they automatically charged my credit card. I have contacted them several times but my concerns are not being answered and all I’m getting is a cut and paste message which is completely irrelevant to my question. There is no way that you can speak to an actual person. Would never use again
