Bought 3 dresses for a ball. All beautiful but sizes were different despite ordering the same size for all 3. The website will say true to size but I find you need to buy 2 sizes to be sure. Delivery quick, refunds efficient.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered two tops which looked lovely on the photos. When they arrived , they were the wrong colour and wrong design to what I had ordered and 3 sizes too big. They are also very cheaply made and cheap fabric. Not happy as they were both £36 😒 now I bet they'll ask for money to return them. Not happy as I needed them for the weekend.

I ordered best part of £400 worth of items. 1 dress arrived with only 1 strap. 1 dress was glittery (ordered in two sizes to see which was best) Opened the bag the dress came in and glitter went everywhere! Didn't even try the dress on as my house would be covered. Another dress was virtually see through. I decided to return the full order however now have 3 return fees to pay as it came from different suppliers - ridiculous as I ordered from one place. Returned on 18/9 as of 14/10 I am still waiting on my refund. No customer service number to call just AI chat. Utter rubbish service, I have used them before but will never order again after this. I shouldn't be charged for returning sub standard goods.
Updated to 2 stars as customer services have contacted and processed my refund and noted they have issues with their refund process and know it. They have waived a couple of return fees.
Still substandard service but at least the chat advisor was honest.

I never received 2 dresses!
Evri are impossible to contact and never seem to deliver anything safely.
I have been unwell so have not chased this up yet with Silk Fred, very disappointed.

I ordered 5 items amd only 3 arrived. I emailed and spoke to a lovely lady called Helen. She could not do enough me. She was quick at replying kind and VERY helpful. She asked what I would like to do, I asked for a refund. She did it straight away. Obviously got to wait for the money to go back into my account. Will definitely be ordering from here again. I was in a rush for the 2 orders I didn’t receive, this is why I needed to cancel.

I ordered 2 dresses, both had to be returned twice as not stitched properly. I had to return the brown dress a third time. No apology and they would not send a replacement until they had received the returned item. On wearing the brown dress once it then came unstitched. So that is 3 faulty dresses. As I was on holiday and needed it for a wedding I had to stitch it up myself. On return I emailed about the situation again no apology just told return for a refund. Extremely poor customer service and no acknowledgement of the predicament I was left in whilst abroad. I have given them ample opportunity to respond before writing this review but am getting nowhere despite me asking this to be escalated numerous times.

I ordered 2 items separately with next day delivery for my holiday - delivery cost £8 each item! Neither turned up - no response from SilkFred to my 3 messages because you can’t call or email. Absolute SCAM!

When I emailed Customer Service, I got a prompt reply with very helpful, professional, and friendly service. My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently and my replacement dress is on its way. Excellent customer service

Good selection of clothes and quick delivery, however the refunding is dreadful, they have to be contacted and chased for the money back thought it might be a one off but sadly not! Definitely puts me off using them again.

The price, quality of the garments/footwear, the fit is true to size, and how quickly delivery is.
