⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Absolutely Outstanding Experience

Silencer Central made the entire suppressor process unbelievably easy from start to finish. Their team walked me through every step—paperwork, fingerprints, trust setup—and answered all my questions with patience and real expertise. What normally feels complicated was completely stress-free.

The communication was excellent, shipping was fast once approved, and the quality of the suppressor is top-tier. The difference it makes on the range is incredible—quieter, smoother, and built like a tank. You can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and long-term support.

If you’re considering buying a suppressor, don’t overthink it. Silencer Central is the way to go. I’d give them six stars if I could. Highly recommended!

The Gold Standard of Suppressors

They walk you though the process of getting a suppressor from start to finish with no pain. Took me about a month even during the government shutdown! Then you get the suppressor and it far exceeded expectations! Highly, highly recommend!

I was very impressed with your customer support staff. Your app made it easy to follow and complete all of the ATF forms step by step and track your progress from purchase to ship.

I expect my silencer will preform as well as your support staff has.

Staff is very polite

Staff is very polite. Process was a bit convoluted. Found out after purchase that I could have driven an hour to do this whole process in much less time with electronic finger printing. Silencer Central’s business model is okay, I believe that they were great when they first entered the market, but technology has caught up with them. I’d recommend using them only if you’ve exhausted finding a local businesses who you can develop a personal relationship with. My recommendation to S.C. is to constantly strive to get the suppressor in the hands of the consumer as fast as possible. There is too much lag time between each and every step of the process. What should take weeks is taking months. I personally would not use them again unless I lived in some remote area of the country. Unless I’m mistaken, the only step in the process that is out of their hands is the ATF approval. It took several weeks for me to just get to that process. That’s not competitive with other options I had. Finally, pricing is not competitive. They are run of the mill in that regard.

They cover themselves well.

They cover themselves well, but they are VERY MISLEADING about the schedule of all the various processes. I would rather have a root canal than shop with these people again. They just don't give a d**mn about their customers or the promises they make. In truth, most everything they say is platitudes and outright lies. Seriously, buy your suppressor from somewhere else.

Doesn't it suck when you don't get all the information and you're left guessing at what to do. It's almost as if you're just left on your own to figure it out.

Dog water company

Dog water company, terrible communication, made no effort to communicate during the shutdown, has made no effort to communicate after the shutdown, and would process forms during the shutdown while telling people they'd still be processed in 3-5 days. If you want to cancel after all that they will charge you 25% of your purchase or 200 dollars to cancel your order based on their dumpster service.

Also don't trust their website, the ATF processing times never match what the ATF will actually have if you call. It will also tell you that only the ATF can give you the status of your app, entirely untrue, they process eForms primarily which means they have to log into their FFL account and provide it to you, but they won't. They will not tell you the current status shown on your app and will just tell you that after 90 days they can help you.

Terrible support and terrible policies. Trust the reddit reviews and keep your money far away.

As it clearly states, the ATF times on our website are based on current wait times actually experienced by our customers since the ATF has a history of not updating their website with accurate and timely information specific to eForm 4 processing times for both trusts and individuals. Since a government shutdown is unpredictable, there was no way to quote wait times with that factored in, which is why our reps were instructed to inform customers at submission of the shut down and indicate average wait times prior to the shut down to help provide an estimation once processing resumed. This estimation is not a guarantee. As for the ATF status of your app, once we submit customers through the eForms portal, we truly can not see specifics regarding where in the review process an app is beyond a high-level status. While we encourage customers to reach out to the ATF directly if they choose, we are also more than willing to do so on our customers' behalf - unfortunately, it often does not provide any additional useful information. Regardless, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations and if we fell short, we hope to make it right. We look forward to your contact information so that we may reach out. Thank you.

This was my first silencer purchase and I'd definitely recommend Silencer Central as a great place to go if you're new to this. They were patient and easy to work with. They handled the mountains of paperwork with ease and made it great experience.

I am waiting on the background check…

I am waiting on the background check but my experience with the staff at SC has been nothing but positive they helped me with the process and all the paperwork they also were a big help with finding the right silencer and accessories that I needed I will be doing business with them again.

The people that you have to deal with is experience than what they do and they take the time to help you out with whatever you need and that's the first and foremost thing that I look at is service

Great people to deal with more than willing to help you out with whatever you need filling out the paperwork and getting all your ducks in a row to make sure that everything is squared for you to get the product that you purchased I couldn't ask for a better team of people to deal with, and it probably will not be my last And I will float that pizza Silencer that I purchased and make sure that I try to get you some more business is worth every minute and every day of working on the paperwork and dealing with great people like people with Silas or Central thank you a lot Faron Boyer

SC’s service is off the charts

SC’s service is off the charts, especially when you think about how many places have ZERO customer service anymore. The process was easy, and it’s even more impressive when you start looking into doing the paperwork without SC holding your hand…the ATF paperwork burden would take weeks if not months to navigate on your own. There is no other way to go!
