Daniel and Tural from the company were very throrough and ensured the work was really good. I felt the floors looked better than when we got the apartment. Hand out of our appartment back to the land lord was not something we had to think of having these guys next to us.

Nothing to mention about their actual repair work, as it was flawless, leading to 100% deposit payback.

We lived in our rental apartment for ~2 years, and as is the case there was some wear and tear of the floors, walls, etc. I contacted Daniel and from the first talk we had, I was very comfortable with how our case was handled and how reasonable the price was. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable with the kind of work that needed to be done, and the entire process went by smoothly but for a small hiccup, where one of the keys to the apartment I had given the team went missing (very rarely this happens) but Daniel was very professional about this and agreed to compensate me for the new lock that needs to be put in the apartment. The inspection went very very smoothly, and there was no issue at the end! Can highly recommend using Sikkerfraflytning as your move-out advisor!

As a foreigner living in Denmark, moving to a new apartment was stressful for me. I was not sure of my legal rights, and I am not used to renters having to pay for a complete renovation upon move-out. I hired Sikkerfraflytning because I wanted make sure my rights were upheld, and because I wanted clarity around the cost of moving (and I wanted to pay a reasonable price). Sikkerfraflytning did an amazing job renovating my apartment. I expected my apartment to be expensive to repair, and I was worried that I would have to pay extra on top of my deposit. Sikkerfraflytning made the apartment look brand new at a very reasonable price, and I will even get part of my deposit back. My landlord was very happy with the work too. Beyond the great work they did, they are very communicative, transparent, and supportive. I really appreciate that they join in-person for the move-out inspection. It is obvious that they really care about their customers. I will definitely be using them the next time I move.

Daniel and his team are professional and made the whole moving-out process smooth. It was a relief for us that we don't need to worry about the hassle of moving out. The communication was really good. Daniel came to view our apartment, walked us through the process and even gave us tips that we can do ourselves to avoid the fine from landlord. He was also with me in the moving-out inspection, helping me to deal with the landlord for some minor stuff they required me to pay. All went well. I can definitely recommend sikkerfraflytning, esp. when you move out from new/modern apartments.

I think I chose them, for a number of reasons
- Reasonable price

- Daniel seemed very knowledgeable of the requirements for repairs

- I noticed he was using a CRM software to manage customers. This gave me faith that him and his team would be able to effectively manage my case. 🤞🏾

During the process he was always available to provide insights on the best way to ensure no additional costs were incurred.

For example we were advised to purchase a new door from a hardware store in order to ensure that we were not charged for a replacement by our landlord... Additionally, we were also given transparency about who should hang the new door, If Daniel and his team hung the new door, It would cost more, but If I did it myself I could avoid the fee from sikkerfralytning. ( I really appreciated this 💪🏾 )

I personally could not attend to move out inpsection, but my wife tells me that it all went well and it was helpful having Daniel there.

The landlord was happy with the work, and we are expecting to have to deposit returned in full! 🎉🍾

If / when I move out again, I would definitely consider using sikkerfralytning again.

Contacted Sikkerfraflytning and Daniel came quickly to visit and inspect the apartment. The inspection was thorough and Daniel quickly identified that a carpet had made stains on the floor by the windows where the sun had been. This was something that was not identified by another company who also inspected my apartment and the reason why I choose Sikkerfraflytning; good, thorough and professional. Daniel has always been quick to answer questions and flexible with moving the day of fraflyttningssyn when deas asked. The fraflyttningssyn had no remarks; the apartment looked better than when I moved in. Both deas and me were pleased.
