I am super happy with the work Daniel and his team did! From start to finish, they were friendly and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy and smooth. Communication was also simple and smooth the entire time.

Excellent experience from start to end. Already from the first call they were easy to communicate with. At the first house visit they took their time and were thorough. They pointed out potential issues and they were clear about what they can help with and what they will try to fix. Gave good advice on websites/services that can fix things they cannot. Until the move out inspection the communication was prompt and clear, always polite, even when I was stressed at times. And also had a very good move out inspection with the all my deposit back. I can honestly recommend them for refurbishment work before you move out of your rental apartment.

We reached out to several companies regarding the refurbishment of our apartment. Daniel was very attentive and gave us a very detailed plan + shared lots of useful information about moving inspections and refurbishment in general. It was also important to us that the company could handle the move out inspection on our behalf as we moved far away from Copenhagen. The delayed payment opportunity was also a huge help, so we could settle the refurbishment bill after we got our deposit back. We are very happy with the service, we got our entire deposit back and the whole moving was smooth and stress free thanks to Daniel and his team.

Great and stress-free experience. We hired them since my flatmate and I did not have the time to handle any of the cleaning and upkeep necessary to ensure the apartment was in tip-top shape after living there for 3 years.

Then they took care of everything: I left the apartment empty with only a general swipe, but nothing else. They cleaned, repainted and made the apartment ready.
The move-out inspection has been the smoothest and shortest I've ever lived, 10 minutes tops, and I will get my deposit back.
Overall there is a price, but it's hard to compare with what I would have had to pay without their service. Maybe similar or more, who knows. But it bought me two things: predictability of the budget, and peace of mind.

Just finished the housing inspection and had no comments from landlord. Daniel and the Team did a really great job. Chose Sikkerfraflytning after having a first talk and visit by Daniel at our apartment rented by Newsec.
Sikkerfraflytning showed great communication and customer service from the early beginning.
Close to the start of renovation work, Tural reached out and I felt confident that they would do an excellent work.
During the inspection, Newsec revealed itself showing its worst side: they had a paint lamp, they complained that they should do the assessment of the floors before sanding, they complained about corners of the windows not completely cleaned outside and calc in the bathroom. Completely unreasonable complains, as the apartment looked brand new. Sikkerfraflytning was present and defended their work and us as renters, showing their professionalism with someone as unreasonable as Newsec.
I will strongly recommend this company to all of my friends leaving a rental property.

Daniel has been very helpful from start. When he came to our old apartment, the thoroughly explained what needs to be done to get our deposits back. Fortunately, he worked with our landlord before so he knows what to do. We just give him the key and he will take care the rest. The landlord is happy with their work and we got our full deposits back. Fully recommended.
