I think using the .ch website you would expect the sign to come from Switzerland, and not be liable for custom duties. After taking the time to make a sign, during check out I was informed it was in fact coming from Sweden. Very annoying

Mediocre quality for small print
The quality of the print on the magnet was not very good. However, they sent a second magnet (still not perfect). I think this is suitable for big size magnet. However, they have a good customer service

Absolutely not what I was expecting. The sign didn't conform to Swiss Standards for house signs. A waste of money.

Quality of products is good but beware…
Quality of products is good but beware of the extra costs of delivery because the items are sent from Sweden. These costs added 50% to the total cost of my order. The website does not inform you of the amount of these costs when you place the order, you only find out after receiving the items. The majority of the costs were handling fees from DHL to clear Swiss customs. The Customs duties was just a small amount. They should give more information up front and offer normal post as an option which would be cheaper.
