Quality and delivery time top. Handled initial wrong address (my error) swiftly and no addtl cost for 2x shipping.
I ordered 2 mailbox plates; the quality of the plates and engraving is good; only downside, one of the two plates does not stick correctly (but this is possibly due to poor preparation of the surface... See more
Fantastic service 👍 I made a mistake with the sizing and they gave me the possibility to order again without paying the first order. The shipping was also very quick. I recommend 100%

.ch from Sweden?
Web interface is userfriendly enough.
Design possibilities are better than on similar platforms.
I found the product (vinyl lettering) not that easy to apply as it stuck to the substrate quite a bit despite all my efforts and strictly following the instructions from the support video.
Last but not least I, ordered specifically from a .ch website to get a product shipped from Switzerland but as it turned out it shipped out of Sweden which was too long to my taste. This was not clear to me when I placed the order and I think it could be made more transparent.

Hi Philippe,
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you like our Design Page. However, we are sorry to hear you had difficulties applying the vinyl despite our support video.
We are a Sweden-based company with several domains and registrations in different countries, so that our customers pay local VAT and no customs.
Please accept our apologies in case the delivery took longer than expected, which is due to external factors in delivering.
Once again, we thank you for your valuable feedback.
