Terrible company to work for. You work hard and get no acknowledgement, they pick their favourites and you have to pick up the slack. Get told your being made redundant as there is no work yet they advertise yours and your colleagues jobs in South Africa then deny this. Then because you find another job that starts literally a couple of days before your made redundant your not entitled to redundancy. Spoke to ACAS they tried to make contact but were ignored. I have been at my new job 2 months and already had more recognition than I did for over 4 years with these scumbags

I have never had any contact with this company yet they are carrying out searches on my name and used another company who specialise in identity theft to find out my address and DOB. Have reported to police.

Fraudulent company specialising in identity theft and data farming.
Will email you out of the blue then hassle you on the phone asking for your address, DOB and other info. Disgusting call centre staff and "boiler room" style pressing for info. ref E090064****
I have never been in touch with this company or the company they said they were carrying out "checks" for. They had my name and email but pressed me for my DOB, home address and other sensitive info. Call was at 11.57am today. Police will be notified, if they email you/call you just hang up and call the police.

Company does not care about your health.

I am a former employee who has suffered from major health issues, including major anxiety, hypertensive migraines and blood pressure within stroke territory. Despite being made aware of all of this, they accused me of not doing my job, despite hitting all of my performance targets and then sacked me, having the audacity to claim that they were supporting me when they weren't. Even Occupational Health who conducted a review which they asked for confirmed that I was fine to continue and recommended a wellness recovery plan to assist me going forward, which was completely ignored. Company would much rather throw away good staff with health problems than support them.

Working for Sigma is a treat. The management is great, they are friendly and approachable and make work go a lot more smoothly. I love how engaging they are with their advisors and how they keep the company updated with what is going on within the company. The engagement team are a big highlight for me, they bring joy to work with updates, quizzes, prizes and more motivation through work. My colleagues at work are amazing to work with and are very helpful with processes, information, etc.

Fantastic company. Have really helped me on a professional and a personal level. Going on my 3rd year of employment and very happy where I am.
