Poor technology and poor customer support
I bought a Sigma ROX 12.1 EVO at the end of 2023. Initially, I was satisfied with the device. However, after the latest firmware update (version 1.72), the battery life has drastically decreased. On a short 2.5-hour ride, the battery drops to 50-60%. Furthermore, the display is showing signs of aging. Yellowish-brown discoloration has formed around the edges. For a device that is only 2.5 years old and cost almost €400, this is unacceptable.
In addition, Sigma's customer support is truly awful. I contacted them multiple times via email but never received a solution. They don't address the actual problems and simply reply with standard emails. There is absolutely no goodwill or willingness to compromise. I will never buy another Sigma device.
