Shropshire homes have been fantastic, we reserved a plot but unfortunately we haven't been able to proceed as our house is still for sale! They went above and beyond trying to help us. The sales lady Sarah was so helpful and friendly. Thanks again Shropshire Homes

From the moment we stepped through the door of the show home, Maggie made us feel completely at ease. At no point did we ever feel under any pressure, which made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s been really exciting attending viewings and seeing the updates on our new home as it’s being built.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Darren, the site manager, who further cemented our belief that we had made the right decision. His professionalism and knowledge gave us great confidence in the process.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the house. We’ve visited other sites and met with other sales staff, including Sue and Caroline, and every single person we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and a real credit to Shropshire Homes.
Overall, it has been a fantastic experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

14 months on from handover.I cannot praise Shropshire homes enough for such a wonderful build.

Caroline, at Derrington Meadows in Ditton Priors, was extremely helpful during the buying process. She often went out of her way and beyond what was necessary to support me at stressful times and find solutions. We've had some great chats and, even though I moved into my house around 10 weeks ago, I still pop in to see her from time to time. Thanks Caroline!

Ruth is a wonderful sales executive at Mytton Oak Manor. We were undecided on what house to purchase. Without hesitation, she set up viewings of the relevant show homes on two different sites. Staff have been really helpful, they have throughout the purchase kept me up to date with everything to do with my build. I haven’t felt pressurised into buying extras like some house builders.

Just bought a house on Oakmere ridge, Ellesmere. The experience has been very easy and Sarah has been amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. As we near the completion of our new home in the Derrington Meadows development, Ditton Priors, we wanted to say how impressed from the start we've been with the sales rep, Caroline.
Caroline has been consistently helpful, friendly, approachable and efficient. We feel that nothing has been too much trouble for her. We particularly valued her support when we chose our finishing touches. She was most patient, let us take our time and was available to advise when we requested this.
Because of our experience with Caroline, we feel confidence to be buying from a customer focused and trustworthy company. And the house is looking great!

We have just reserved our first home with Ruth at Mytton Oak Manor, she was so welcoming and helpful and really made a difference in us making our decision between other new build developments in the area! As a young couple we often don’t get taken seriously when walking into other developments sales offices but Ruth was ready to help and answer all the many questions we had resulting in us reserving our home! Would definitely recommended and a personal thankyou to Ruth for making the experience so much better!

Our Shropshire Homes house in Whitchurch was already complete when we first saw it (from the garden only). Sue was our contact and had the perfect manner - she called at just the right time to offer us an internal viewing, she left us on our own in the house for as long as we wanted to imagine living there, and she continued to facilitate during the legal process with courtesy and charm.
All the other Shropshire Homes folk we met during the buying process were helpful and friendly. We had the keys 8 weeks after placing our deposit.
When we had moved in, the trades people we were put in touch with to fix the inevitable snags were responsive and friendly.
Now that we have lived in the house for 6 weeks, everything works well. We are very happy with our purchase and, on the basis of our experience, can recommend Shropshire Homes.

I recently bought a property at the Oakmere Ridge development, and honestly, the whole process was made incredibly smooth by the amazing sales team at Shropshire Homes.

The team, especially Sarah, truly went above and beyond for me. My original sale fell through, and then my solicitors were being unhelpful, which made things incredibly stressful. Sarah stepped up, chasing both my solicitors and the estate agents, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and gave me the reassurance I needed that everything would work out.

When it came to choosing my options, Sarah was brilliant. She has a real eye for what works and what doesn’t, helping me pick things that suited the house perfectly. She was also so meticulous, she checked all the details multiple times just to make sure nothing was missed and that I got exactly what I wanted. She even helped solve a last-minute panic when my under-sink storage units didn't fit the sinks, personally working to source replacements. That's true customer service!

The care hasn't stopped since I moved in either. Both Sarah and Stuart (the Site Manager) have popped down a few times just to check in, see how I'm settling, and offer assistance if anything wasn't quite right.

To wrap up, I've been genuinely surprised and impressed by the level of help and support I've received from Shropshire Homes. I have nothing but good things to say about Sarah and her team and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to buy. They really look after you.

We are purchasing a property at Farriers Gate and from the time we met Maggie at the sales office she has been amazing. As we are moving areas from Wales, Maggie has been accommodating and available to answer any queries we have. Helping us design our beautiful new home we can’t wait to move in.
We also met with Darren the site manager and we feel very confident with the quality of the build and the care and attention taken to ensure we are happy with everything.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shropshire homes to anyone.
