Bought the first generation.The product…

Bought the first generation.The product worked about 3 times then no more.They did send a new charger but that also failed.I live in a community with alot os swimmers, and every person who bought one had a negative experience with it failing quickly.Very unresponsive to problems.No one has perfected bluetooth to stream through the water including zygote.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY FOR AN OVERPRICED ITEM THAT DOES NOT WORK.

I had my Zygo for less than 2 yrs and…

I had my Zygo for less than 2 yrs and lost streaming range over 10 yards. Emailed the company, told them my issue and they said the headset antenna likely “cracked” inside. I take very good care of my Zygo. Their solution was to offer a “discount code” to purchase their latest Z2. Honestly why would I buy another Zygo? I can’t afford to purchase new zygo every 2 yrs.

Do they honor their warranty?

The product is pretty good -- WHEN IT WORKS -- but Zygo makes it tough to get them to honor the warranty. I emailed Zygo about a week and a half ago and have sent them a video of a faulty charging station. In separate emails, they then (1) requested more detailed pictures (which I sent) and (2) the serial number of the headset (which I sent). After multiple days between email responses and several follow-up emails, they finally said they'd ship a new headset. I'll update this review to 3 stars when I actually get the headset and know they've made it right. I don't appreciate that they slow play every email and that the total process will likely take almost 3 weeks. At the price point Zygo charges, customers deserve a simpler process.
