Lewis and all of the other helpers are all amazing, they are quick, helpful, happy and cannot do enough to sort out any issue I have adding stuff or changing stuff on my website.

The platform is fast and functional but wasn't a 100% fit with our requirements, Chris B and Lewis proactively offered help with onboarding phone calls during the trial and come back very quickly to any issues raised. Today I was helped promptly by Lewis who was great at explaining my issue and Lewis also helped me to resolve an issue by activating the changes required which was super helpful and appreciative. I have to say I have used the support quite abit as im still very new to the platform and getting used to how it works, the support team are all very helpful and always very responsive.

Chris b has helped me with my website design all the way through my trial there is nothing he don't know about the package

. No question was too small, and Oli was super helpful with everything! I panicked a few times but he quickly put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend Shopwired for a small idependant business. Having a team to help, step by step is worth it's weight in gold!
