Har fået sendt over 20 pakker indtil vidre, og oplevelsen har ikke været imponerende. Kundeservice er helt sikkeret der de fejler mest, og det er virkeligt irreterende når man har aller mest brug for dem. Det eneste som overgår forventning er den hastigheden som man får sendt sine pakker.
En konkurrent vil nemt kunne stjæle mig væk som kunde.

Jeg svarer på englesk i stedet.
I reported the broken item, Tuesday the 3/6/14.
Wednesday 4/6/14 I receive a reply from shopusa asking me for info that I already sent in the report, and additional info that could easily be retrieved from your own systems.
Nevertheless I respond with some of the demanded information Thursday 5/6/14, and state a relevant question regarding rest. Later in the day, I receive a reply to my email and a warning that if the remaining requested info is not sent within less than 24hrs, that the case would be dropped.
How can this be your policy, with regards to an ongoing case that has already been reported, within your described guidelines?
Once again, despite the inefficient dialog, I send the remaining info requested and await a response.
Friday 6/6/14 I receive a email from you that is one sentence long requesting me to return the item to you. No description as to what that is based on or what the process will be? If the liability and coverage is complete or not, if it takes into account taxes and shipping, replacement of the goods actual cost or replacement value? Nothing a customer might be interested in before relinquishing their property to you.
I then promptly reply the same day asking for a description of the process. So here we are on the 10th of June and you post a reply on Trustpilot before you have even answered my last mail. Also, please answer this... and I quote you from the response above, exactly what "necessary documentation" are you still expecting from me.
Also, this is the second item out of twenty that has been damaged, and the shipment is insured, because I paid the additional cost for insurance.
In other words, you just proved my point...

Except for a tiny extra amount in the cost of freight everything was handled excellent.
I have looked high and low in my own country for a specific make of guitar amplifier to run a stereo rig with, but none have come up for sale in the last year or so that I have been able to get hold of. Then I found Reverb.com, and I realized that I could buy something in any online american store and have the goods shipped over the pond to Europe with tax and import duties taken care of through ShopUSA.com. It worked a charm, right down to getting the bill for transport correctly calculated on the front page, which i think is a very nice touch. The only issue I encountered was not knowing up front that the calculated price is for goods that measure under one cubic metre, so I had a spot of worry there, and also I could not find a category matching the amp in the wizard setting up the shipment - so it had to be called a musical instrument, and for that reason I was a bit unsure if the shipment was labelled correctly, and if the price calulation was accurate enough. It was, though - so, thanks for letting me safely upgrade to stereo guitar.
Expensive, but secures you get products from the appropriate vendors (e.g. Ralphlauren.com, macys.com etc.)
It was my first experience with shopusa and everybody I talked too was very helpfull.
