Shopsta, great customer service
hello, i recently ordered a drone from Shopsta, unfortunately i had a delivery date to respect as i was leaving for Madagascar. Shopsta could not deliver in the time frame, but what they did do is offer me a full refund. The service is exceptionel and this kind of customer service is really top notch.

Impressive support response
As a first time customer of “Shopsta” I was hesitant to order from a company I was unfamiliar with (I am located in the U.S.). However, after dealing with a shipping address mixup which was resolved by the customer support team in under 24 hours I am very impressed. I will definitely shop here and recommend Shopsta with confidence to anyone.
Poor packaging, damage in transit
Have just purchased some headphones from Shopsta for my son’s birthday. They arrived just in a plastic postal bag so the headphone box is damaged and looks very scruffy. I can only hope that the headphones themselves haven’t been affected.

Great customer service
I recently contacted the Shopsta help team to make a warranty claim on a pair of Oneodio noise cancelling headphones, which are great, by the way! Sound is fantastic, super comfortable and even though I work in a loud machine room with saws and planers on the go, the noise cancelling works extremely well. The headband did however snap, so I got in touch to see if this could be fixed with not much hope. I was replied to instantly by Megan and told that they would send another out to me straight away, they confirmed my address and apologised, which was obviously unnecessary, considering it was most likely my fault.
Couldn't ask for better customer service, will definitely be using the site again and have even recommended to friends. Thanks again

I purchased a headset from shopsta. It has been perfect for months but recently stopped working due to a mic fault. A woman called Megan handled my case with efficiency and kindness. She resolved my issue immediately. 5 stars from me!

Awaiting arrival of the lamp, so can’t comment on that yet, but had to speak to customer service as I had ordered the wrong colour. The email was picked up straight away and order was altered before it was despatched with no problem whatsoever. Many thanks to Megan.

Megan Gray from Customer Support was excellent. I purchased headphones from a Chinese manufacturer. The instruction manual was horrible. She quickly provided a link to an instructional video and also answered questions. The result was absolute satisfaction with an excellent product. Without her it would have been pure frustration.

Ok. Could be better.
Update - Shopsta have now responded to me in a very positive way. Hence I have upgraded my initial review to 4 stars. Would have been 5 had it been more timely.
Shopsta need to respond to customer requests, and describe their products accurately. I ordered some headphones from them rather than Amazon because I understood them to be the top of the range of a particular make. When they showed up they were exactly as per Amazon-but on Amazon they were £50 cheaper. Shopsta then ignored two contacts from me to get a comment about it. Very annoying.

I ordered a headphone on shopsta more than a week ago. The payment is accepted from my Visa card on the ninth of july.
Till today I didn't receive any e-mail from the company.
Update: the post left the box outside our door on a place where we never come. Sorry for my review. My huisband is very happy with the headphone and it works perfectly.

I, in making my purchase of the Oneodio A Series Wireless Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, used ApplePay which didn’t allow me to enter a £30 off discount code. I contacted Megan Gray to resolve the issue. Not only did she handle the matter efficiently to my full satisfaction, she promptly and professionally responded to follow up delivery enquiries.

Sold me a camera as a ‘parkered car camera’ with an SD card. The product is cheap. It doesn’t stay charged for more than an hour. The SD card doesn’t work. I have contacted customer services several times with no response. Don’t buy from here
