So happy to receive my order, everything is perfect, and the quality is great. Quick answer from customer-support on my inquiry, just good service all around.

I would not recommend The Shirt Plugs. The quality of the shirt was terrible and nowhere near what I expected. On top of that, the delivery took four weeks because the package wasn't properly labeled, which caused unnecessary delays. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Immediate, non-AI customer service. Fixed a mistake I made instantly. Acceptable shipping times during World Cup demand surge. Shirt quality exceeded expectation. Will be a return customer!

This is clearly a scam, the shirts themselves are clearly fake, which is to be expected given the price. The quality is abysmal however. The size and cut of the shirt feels and wears like somebody with 2 fingers on each hand put it together stay clear unless you want to be disappointed

17 days and still not received. Tracking link doesn't work and no helpful responses. I think it's a scam.

Attention! My son was looking for shirts and the payment has been validated on my ipad without my confirmation with fingerprint or app. BE CAREFUL. Cancel policy requires 5£ ?!? This website seems not good at all, don’t use it.

Absolutely terrible. Made an order over a month ago, still have not received my shirts. They promised it before the World Cup, but they never came and when I asked them they just said to wait. Then after 3 weeks went by they said they were going to ”re-ship”, but they never sent it in the first place.
And now after they ”re-shipped” it still hasn’t arrived and they won’t do a refund.

I guess most importantly, the jerseys are very good quality. The disappointing factor is the website says you will receive your items in 7-14 days from order date. It took almost a week itself for the jerseys to even get packed and then finally sent out. In the end, it took 19 days to finally receive my jerseys. The other disappointing part of this is almost EVERY time I sent a chat message, I was asked what my order number was. I gave it several times in the same chat, which was doubly frustrating because it was rare to immediately get an answer from the chat session. Always had to wait hours until a reply showed up in my email even though I was trying to chat. Only way I order from this company again is if I’m desperate for a rare kit.

I will be using shirt plugs again. I’m seeing some negative reviews, mainly due to delivery time. Not sure what people expect… looks like those people are placing orders right before the World Cup when loads of people are trying to purchase jerseys. My 5 jerseys took roughly 14-16 days and I’m extremely happy with that timeline considering how cheap these were. The quality is great.

There was one minor hiccup where I ordered a custom jersey and on the webpage it asks you to enter the “name and number”, so I wrote the players name as well as the word “and” before the number. The jersey ended up having the players name correctly but also had the word “and” in the name plate on the back above the number (I.e. “Pele and” above the number 10). I reached out to Shirt Plugs through IG DMs and got a quick response and they promised to send me the correct shirt.

Looking forward to a future purchase with them again and have already recommend to friends!

Bought a shirt 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is totally useless.

100% a scam website now. I placed an order almost a month ago and have received no updates. The tracking says “processing” when I try to reach customer service to cancel or a refund they said it’s shipped and cannot cancel. Nowhere in the tracker does it have any shipping information. It is also way past the expected time of delivery. I have reached out no multiple times with no response.

Order took 3.5 weeks to Ireland, jerseys quality and sizing good, printing on back of Barcelona 14/15 yellow jersey was lower then it should have been but still decent. 2/5 jerseys were special requests and was very happy.

ordered a jacket, that is quite clearly fake. It's actually a different colour to the original, and I'm now being told they don't offer refunds

Everything is excellent, shipment, jersey quality, price... No better place to buy your football memorobilia.
Would recomend to everyone, as i did to my friends.
