Their website or app never work. Customer care? Pathetic. Any issues? They won't respond. You will feel as if you are roaming in a desert while using their online services. Just avoid it.

Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy. They do not sell product as advertised on their own website. I complained after receipt of the product that it is not same as advertised on web and got the answer the web site is showing incorrect. This is absolutely not acceptable as customers buy on line just looking at the web site. They did not refund either even when I asked.

Online marketing SCAM, Don't commit a purchase with them unless you have too much time to waste!
The online presence of this company is a marketing SCAM. There site is poorly maintained. One can find many bugs while you sign up and add items to your cart. They list many items that are not in their stock and will not get update about it unless you call up the customer service on the phone. gets no email updates about the status of the items in your order nor does the website reflect any changes in the status, all the time it will show as 'processing'. Mine has taken so far 20 business days still it says processing. Had sent more than 5 customer care requests to their customer care email which gets the standard reply that the item will be processed soon and my query has been escalated to the concerned team. I had called them up for more than 4 times so far all them time I get the standard response as it will be shipped soon.
