Please don't buy from Shoppers Stop, any product. Service is vry bad . i experince my new watch after 1 month not working And complaint to service department on Shoppers stop Panvel orion mall but i m not satisfy this service because employee said 1 month period submitted the watch and already 1 month 1 week already waste my time but not watch repair in serivce

Bad Old stock dusty dirty trousers sent and color also not same but how can they send such dirty old stock . The audacity to do daylight robbery

So I don’t even know where to start from. I placed an order for a Clinique foundation on the 14th of September 2025. I received the order on the 19th of September however the product was 2 years old which is totally unacceptable. It’s an expensive foundation and I’m going to use it on my face , so definitely I’m not going to use a two years old manufacturing. So I placed an exchange request. The product was picked up from me on the 21st of September in the same exact condition as I received it and I even sent images to shoppers stop customer care too. However today it’s 10th of October ( karwachauth) and I haven’t received my exchanged product yet. I’ve made about 20 calls to their customer care, and I get the same lame reply “ ma’am please wait, we will get back to you “. I ordered this especially for karwachauth but here I am, writing a review. It’s the worst shopping experience ever. I don’t know if I would ever receive my item or not , but one thing is for sure , this was my last ever purchase with the shitty “Shoppers stop”

Very Disappointed with Product Exchange at Shoppers Stop
This was my first time sharing feedback, and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one. I had a very bad experience with a product exchange — the process was frustrating and poorly handled by the Shoppers Stop team.
Customer service was unhelpful, and I didn’t feel supported at all. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
Please be cautious when considering purchases from Shoppers Stop.

I recently ordered from Shoppers Stop clothing brand, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The items I received were completely different from what was shown on their website. The fabric quality was extremely poor, nothing close to what they advertised, and the stitching looked cheap and unreliable.

On top of that, the delivery was delayed, and when I finally received my order, the packaging was untidy and unprofessional. I reached out to their customer service to resolve the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Instead of providing a solution, they kept giving vague excuses.

As a customer, I had high expectations since this is supposed to be a U.S. brand, but sadly, the overall service and product quality did not meet even the basic standards. I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend this brand to anyone who values their money and time.

This is with regard to an order I tried placing at Shoppers Stop website on 09/09/25 the order amounted to Rs.6487.71- out of which my gift voucher was utilised for Rs. 6000/- and credit card for 487.71/- (in credit card the amount was deducted and then refunded).But the Oder was dropped.
Now neither are they placing the order nor are they refunding the gift vouchers.
I have been in touch with call centre on everyday basis, and they say they will sort out the issue in 48 hrs. But no issue has been resolved yet. Undermentioned is the complaint no generated by customer care.
“CAS-497038-Y5F2G3". Looks like utilising gift vouchers and never refunding it is the new motto of shoppers stop.
Will certainly give my feed back if I receive the money in gv otherwise do not utilise your gift vouchers on shoppers stop website.

Shoppers Stop service is pathetic, please don't buy from Shoppers Stop app, they are scammers. They will take the order and hold the money for a month, and then cancel the order. u will not get the order however u will be in waiting state, neither they update Info in their app or they will respond over the call. I had a very bad experience, ordered a Adidas shoe was purposefully sent a defective pc and was told it will be exchanged and then waited for 30 days and they cancelled it in the end. plz avoid use Myntra or Amazon.

The worst worst worst shopping site ever .I had booked a dress for myself and payment was done online but the site shows that dress is not being ordered,I literally have done more than 10 calls to them and they always said that ur complaint is being sent to the team but no action is being done till now instead they told me qe already refunded ur money but nothing was done.The worst shopping site ever i rehret shopping from here

I purchased a product from Shoppers Stop, returned it the very next day because it was poor quality and appeared like a first copy. Despite the return being acknowledged, my refund has not been processed for weeks.

They even sent me an email claiming my case was “resolved” when no refund had been given. I have sent multiple follow-ups but have received no reply.

This is how Shoppers Stop is treating customers — selling questionable quality products, closing complaints without solving them, and keeping customers’ money.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others NOT to shop at Shoppers Stop.

Good shopping experience

Shoppers stop Online is terrible. I bought shirts that need to be exchanged for size, till today no help has come. I've sent emails to customer service and they close my ticket. Also they are sending someone else's replies to me. What a pathetic business model. Wasted my hard earned money on this shit show.

I had ordered a stop cord set of xxl which was large for me so asked in exchange for xl ..later there was no response regarding services so i cancelled the exchange and xxl cord set was finally picked up on 28 may ..instead of the refund i got the xl size on 7 june..by this time my order history has disappeared and till date dispite of h multiple calls no pick up is done

Worst experience of customer service…my refund is pending since January.. whenever i call them every time they commit to refund but after that no refund i get.. its been 2 months to talking in customer care but I didn’t get any solution every time new person pick the call and repeat the same thing.

wrong items recieved,instead of men's shirt recieved women's kurta.when contacted no proper response even after 10days am still contacting them.better to save your money instead of getting scammed by them.
