It was just luck that I found Biciclette Canellin on the Internet. Was looking for cool retro-looking bikes and your company popped up. Was immediately wowed by the design of the cruiser, color combination, and overall look. Bought my bike that same night. Love love it. Fast shipping and carefully packed. Mille gracie!

I received the order in 5 days, which is very positive.
However I was a bit disappointed that the screws necessary to mount the equipment were not part of the delivery.
I therefore had to go out, find and buy the screws especially for the equipment bought, which was a bit annoying to be honest. These screws dont cost much and I have expected that they would be part of the delivery.

I purchased the Via Vento as a gift for my wife. Absolutely delighted with it - quality and finish is superb. Modest assembly required after unboxing it, but well-supported with video 'How To' on their website. Delivery very efficient, more cost effective to go direct to the company rather than Amazon UK if in Europe. Highly recommend this company/product.

It is written on the official site the bike 46 would be suitable for hight 156-169. My hight is 165 and I bought one in 46 but as it arrive I found it very huge I could hardly get on the bike. I was wondering if they send me the wrong size and asked their customer service . They did not provide me an right answer just told me it is perfect size for me. What kind of customer service ist that?

I complicated the process of ordering my (yippee ! ) saddlebags by deciding after I had ordered and transfered the costs that I wanted to have the wooden front cargo box
as well.
The staff and then the boss-lady patiently took the time to understand what the hell I was trying to explain...
and a few days later I recieved my shippment.

I bought a Canellini "Dolce Vita" bicycle, and it came as expected. Carefully packed, and everything already mounted. The bicycle is very good for city usage. It was a good experience. On the other hand, there is just one point, I think it is not clear in the website. The bicycle has a battery powered light, and I also bought a front rack for basket which also includes a battery powered light. So, you may expect to have two lights, even though you don't need it, but front rack was mounted and I had only one of them. I think this point can be fixed in the website not to allow any confusion in the future. However, I am satisfied in general.
