I bought an electric Dolce Vita model. Very nice bike and customer service very reactive, they answered to all my numerous questions super quickly. Fast shipping a good packaging. The assembling is super easy. I recomand article and seller !!!

The beautiful bike was very easy to put together. The brakes had to be readjusted a bit, but otherwise everything went smoothly... until the first exit: with 4.0 bar pressure in the tires, the tubes suddenly lifted the tires over the rim and exploded. Both tubes and tires were broken and I replaced them with better quality goods. Now I enjoy riding through the city as the bike also attracts a lot of attention.

I am very happy with the bicycle and even happier with the service. The bike arrived with EVERYTHING included (unlike some shops where you have to pay extra for seats and pedals), I didn't have to buy any extra stuff and was ready to use it right away. It took 4 days to receive it in Germany. It looks pretty, the seat is comfortable, the brakes work. What more does one need in a city? Five stars
