Made for easy mfg assembly. Not good functional performance

The first fork handle delivered was not of merchantable quality (loose handle and poorly formed and sharp rivet heads).
The replacement product has good riveting but the handle is as loose as the first. The maker has a manufacturing problem - wooden handle turned to a too small diameter to make assembly easy, which makes the handle loose.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with . Product was 100% . Delivery was more than the 3 days that I was told . But other than that I will be using MTN SHOP again.

Great service!

MTN had the best price for the 2400mm level I bought. Unfortunately the item was delivered damaged. I could see it had happened in transit and was beyond their control, but I got a very fast response when I contacted them and a replacement was sent out very quickly.
Superb customer service.

Worst communication ever

Worst communication ever. I placed a sizable order and I cannot get any updates on status or tracking. I have called their 833-721-3165 tel over and over and reach no one or get calls back. What is the deal with MTN?
