Horrible. I paid 10 dollars which was a complete waste of time. For a person with an incredible amount of money, I would guess the website would be redeemable. If you want to waste money on this spurious website then you might as well be taking a bet on whether or not you get your item. Even worse if you're going to get any real customer service whatsoever. I spent better time writing this review than buying from Shop Mrbeast.

1 star cause there's no 0 star. Simply awful

Doesn't reply to any support mails. Haven't got any updates on my order since 1st November. They ignore your order completely, how is this legal?

I never received my items i placed an order for the signed merch i sent a mail to both shopmrbeast and merchline no one has replied yet.

EDIT FEB 2021: I received the items now, but still no answer from their support. Its been like almost 1,5 months since i contacted them. I am pretty sure i will newer get an answer.

Ordered alot of shirts + tshirts at live event ind the end of november 2020.
I received a T&T number, but it more or less havent left Chicago since start December.
Wrote to customer support 3 times, NEVER heard anything from them.
Im making a chargeback on my items, i dont think i will ever see them.

TBH i love mrbeast and his crew. But this is unacceptable no matter how much community spirit you have.

Ordered my signed livestream t-shirt 3 months ago and am still yet to receive any shipping updates. After emailing customer support 2 times and waiting for over a month am not even sure if their customer support team exists. Absolutely appalling how long this has taken without any updates, ShopMrBeast is truly a scam

Ordered 12/3 and website shipping said it would ship within 2-3 days. I emailed and chatted clearly to no one countless times. There is no phone number. Finally got notification that it shipped and would arrive 12/23. 12/23 came and went. According to FedEx a shipment exception occurred and it has been on the other side of the country in the same spot for 21 days now. I have continued to send countless emails and chat messages with no reply. I will be contacting my credit card company and the better business bureau! ZERO STAR RATING.

Never again. Livestream t-shirt for my 10yo boy as a Christmas present never arrived, customer service don't exist send about 20 messages and all you got is automated reply not related to your question. Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Shocking

Haven't received item my daughter ordered with her Christmas money on Christmas day

No customer service at all. Emails and messages never get answered. Tracking number doesn't work.
Never received my order and currently have a case filed with PayPal against them.
Really the worst online experience from a supposedly reputed youtuber shop.
Scam Alert.

If I could give no stars i would my experience was terrible I ordered two items from the live stream event back in November and received wrong items not worth what i payed for two months later after being promised to get the right item delivered they have yet to sent me my original items and had no response to and email sent to them in late December in all horrible costumer service would not recommend to any one MrBeast is a thieve not only does he steal our money buy he also steals our time.

Michael from Denmark here (Northern Europe). We ordered clothes in late November but the order has not even been shipped yet but the money has been deducted from our account. It's incredibly bad style. We shop a lot online and here in Denmark we are used to a significantly better service, where goods are usually sent the same day as they are ordered. We can in no way recommend shopping at MrBeastshop.

I feel like i have been scammed. I ordered the livestream event T-shirt on November 1st. When I bought it it said it will ship before November 26th. Now its January 8th and my order still didn’t ship! I contacted support but no answer. The terrible thing is after checking on Reddit and other sites, many people have the same problem.

Thanks to this site, my niece's Christmas was ruined. Ordered Nov 30 and got an initial blah-blah response blaming carriers for being behind (as if to set you up for bad service) and 30 days later STILL NOTHING. Called my credit card company for a chargeback. STAY AWAY and don't order anything from this site.

I order 3 shirts from the live event. It says it shipped but when I click on the USPS number it says it's still waiting for USPS to pick up. This was "shipped" November 20th still no tracking and still no items. I sent customer service an email and I received the automated email stating there was an issue with USPS and the gave them retired numbers. When I called USPS to ask about this the lady laughed at me and said in the 20 or so years she worked there she has never heard of such a thing. INTERESTING. I paid with my Visa. I called them and told them what happened, they reverse my charge and gave me back the money. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM.MR BEAST AGAIN. I always order from online websites but I have never experienced this

Forget about this store! - if it is a store, I’m not sure. Customer service is none existing all you get is auto generated responses.
Ordered a hoody and a t-shirt in the very beginning of December. Got a t&t at the16th showing the package never left Chicago. No real response from customer support and no product received or on its way so far - and I’m not sure that I’ll ever see the products I’ve purchased. This is the most poor shopping experience I have ever tried - and I have tried quite a lot of dodgy Webshop’s.
My guess is that you are more sure to get your goods and get them way faster if you shop mr beast copies in any Chinese Webshop - and there is quite a long list of great ones with real and great customer service... nothing like shopmrbeast.

I ordered on November 27. I ordered from a link through Google. I have heard nothing. I have sent a couple of emails and get a response about live stream merchandise which is not how I purchased. Also got a response about autographed merchandise which I did not order. I have done all my shopping this year online and this is the only company I had difficulty with. The responses are clearly auto generated given they have nothing to do with my order. As of today I have asked them to cancel which I am assuming will not happen. I also complain to PayPal.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. My grandson will just have to learn to live with disappointment.

Sadly I agree with all of the other posts. I too ordered on 12/4 and have not received the merch or correspondence. I sent an email and then received a few lengthy emails that I think are lies. Blaming delays on shipping carriers or saying it was shipped somewhere else. Bummer because this was a gift for my 12 year old.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a hoodies on December 1 and haven't received no information for tracking and they will not respond to e-mails. TERRIBLE SERVICE and this was a Christmas present.
