The MrBeast store is ripping people off. They shipped the free keychain without the two (equalled to $120) sweatshirts that I had ordered as a Christmas gift. Charged me immediately $120 bucks and then said it was delivered on 12/17 even though website clearly says only the keychain was shipped and thats what was delivered. Don't order from this MrBeast.

Ordered a hoodie and baseball cap 11/18/22 for Christmas gift. $98.00
Received the cap, they said 2 different shipments.
Wrote to customer service mid December, they said I would receive soon.
Then they said I had already received it 2 weeks prior.
No contact since.
Very poor company, wish there was less than a 1 star.

I cannot get a clear response. Wasn't told item wasn't in stock. They won't tell me when it will be shipped. Shoddy and unacceptable. They have simply taken my money.

Sizing chart is completely wrong, I ordered small and got the most massive hoody and t-shirt that looks like a parachute. My girlfriend looks ridiculous in it and we are unable to return. We waited 3 months for the package and was unfortunately very disappointed.

I made a shopping through being beast my experience was horrible.Really a very cheap material and vry cheap quality.I raised return issue bt I haven't got any response from the store.my advice was not to waste ur money by buying from being beast

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is ridiculous. My son is a huge fan but I am begging to believe this is how he gets a lot of his money, by scamming people. I spent over $100 dollars just on a hoodie and shirt for my 9 year old and we have received nothing!!! We placed our order August 5th.. it’s been 54 days!!! I am PISSED! How do we expose this crap. Looks like everyone in here has been saying the same thing I am saying for quite some time now! I want a refund but still holding on to the thought my son will get his stuff one day hoping he does not get disappointed.

I ordered the 100 million merch T-shirt on August 11, but still haven’t received it or gotten any updates a month and a half later.

We ordered a kid small for my 8 year old T-shirt it is a size 4 pretty much there is no way it will fit and of course customer service will not answer emails this is absolutely ridiculous their sizing is completely off the wall. Company will not refund or contacts,

Bought exclusive merch here, with the promise of an exclusive video for such. Never received it in my email. No tracking page, no tracking number, can't find any support. ???

I ORDERED 2 MR. BEAST HOODIES..THEY CAME BUT WERE TOO BIG, SO I RETURNED THEM WITH A NOTE TO PLEASE EXCHANGE FOR MEDIUM SIZE ADULT AND BILL US FOR SHIPPING.SO FAR WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK.THESE WERE FOR BIRTHDAY GIFTS TOO.PLEASE AT LEAST PROVIDE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Also the address you shipped to was billing address..I put correct address in package with note inside.

If you guys are wondering why you haven't got your limited 100 mil merch this is why, it is because mrbeast is giving people 7 days to order it and when it ends they have their orders ready to be shipped since they can't just send you it once you order it and expect it to come in like 3 days. Just give it some time! If you ordered it on Thursday then it will probably come Tuesday August 16 and if you ordered it on Friday then it will most likely come Wednesday August 17! Be patient!

I rate it 2 stars because I am a fan of mr beast, but I bought a limited edition shirt and it didn’t give me a order number of anything and just gave me a message saying the purchase was confirmed I didn’t get anything. I also didn’t see anything of when I am getting the shirt or if I did, if you see this mr beast please help me refund this.

No customer service and no email confirmation. Just a fraudulent website

I ordered on March 16. I messaged them several times, each time I was told my order would be shipped in a couple weeks. Then it said it was cancelled and refunded and I never received the refund! Very dissapointed

I ordered a hoodie from MR Beast back in March for my 9yr old son and also have received nothing but a tracking number.
I too have made all possible contacts via email on several occasions and heard nothing.
Very poor customer service.
There needs to be accountability.

Ordered 2 hoodies in March, it's now May 31st and I have heard nothing. They were suppose to ship out in April. Would be way more understanding if he actually posted an update. My kids are so disappointed but I guess I'll have to try to figure out a refund.

Ordered Shrek × Mr.Beast merch the day it came out which was in March. They said it would be shipped towards the end of April. On May 16th I emailed the Mr. Beast shop support and it's now May 30th and I haven't recieved a response nor clothing. Mr. Beast hasn't made any public statement about this either.

Preodered shrek merch to be dispatched around 21st April, 5 weeks after this date still no update and no response from emails to c.s. website is currently closed and no updates via any channels, unfortunately seem to have been scammed by one of the most famous YouTubers which doesn't make sense, sons will be pretty disappointed.

This company is a completely fraud, I order in advance a shrek hoodie for my son and expected for it to arrive before his birthday. But nothing I was given a tracking number and the merchandise has not been sent their is no info whatsoever. I email them for a refund and nothing. Lets all share this information to other so mo one buys from this company ever again.

File a BBB complaint- they seem to get results. Mr Beast is a SCAM company! Do not waste your money!!! Like many other complaints I wish I would have read about before ordering, you DO NOT receive the products, and customer service is nonexistent. The email replies are auto-responses that have no intentions of assisting you with a solution. Mr Beast is a thief!!
