Avoid at all cost. Company ignores all request for returns after 3 follow ups, still nothing and its been 3 weeks.

Have not received my order and no response to emails or social media. DO NOT waste your money on this company. This is a total scam.

10/24/23- Update - still no response to multiple emails to company.

- I only spent $8.00 but I have already begun to accept it as a loss..Order not shipped, no reply from customer service, small price to pay to find out this place is fraudulent and needs to be closed down

I ordered on September 6th, 2023... Today is now September 16th, 2023. I have not gotten a tracking number at all. No updates whatsoever.
Let that sink in. Even though this place is so cheap, avoid it at all cost to avoid a headache.

They take forever to reply and have shortened the hours and days of when their customer service team is available. Can you believe that?

They do not have a system in place where the rewards points return to your account. You have to literally email them and wait for their reply and then, and only then, you may get you rewards points back.
They make you pay for extra tax on top of tax on top of another tax and on top of a package protection fee.

They do not notify you in your email before your order ships if you are missing something or an item is out of stock. That is unprofessional and scamming. You can tell they just care about the money.

They place repeat items on their website, so when you think you are getting something different, you are not. That is scamming.

This company has gone downhill from when I first used it (3 years ago), they will be losing a loyal customer due to their consistent unprofessionalism, inconsideration, inconsistency, incompetence, and carelessness.

What I believe is happening as well is, they do not have enough people on their team (High turnover? Wouldn't be surprised) and they are being cheap and stingy in terms of hiring more people, inducing extra hidden fees on top of regular tax, and avoiding customer reparation. This company is no longer a good company.

Once my order arrives (which it better because if not...ooo wee), I'm bouncing. I need to save my money anyways.

Save yourself from a brain aneurysm, please.

I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. The self adhesive eyelashes do not stick properly so I asked for a return/refund and have been ignored by this company. I have contacted them so many times and not had a single reply! Claim made via PayPal so hoping I get my money back. They also sell the same products using different names, beware!

I've ordered form this website multiple times, the products are good from what i've ordered. The only problem I had was I was sent the wrong brush set but they sent me the right one after I emailed them and i was able to keep the one they sent me by accident for free.

I so wish I had read these reviews before parting with my cash. The worst customer service response ever. Totally unprofessional. Push the blame back to the customer. Please beware!!!!

I see all these reviews from people saying it’s a scam but I’ve been using Miss A for over 2 years now… all the makeup I wear is from Miss A. Sure the foundation and stuff is not very good, but their eye makeup, lipsticks, and especially their eyebrow pencils are amazing. I use them daily. Idk why all the hate for Miss A but like, I’ve never been scammed yet. They’ve ever sent me coupons for when a product I ordered ended up selling out before I could get it. I think it’s pretty great but idk 🤷‍♀️

BIG SCAM! do not use. I wish i checked reviews beforehand. Been waiting a month for some eyelashes costing £25.00+. No items, no refund and no co-operation from the company; MISS ACTUALLY. they are cheats. Just take your money and ignore you.

Shipping took forever (as expected tbh), but then it ended up being the wrong item... Their website says no refunds so i didnt even bother contacting them and just disputed the charge

I like shopping on shop miss a, it's a very affordable website to buy a lot of beauty accessories including stuff for your bathroom, bedroom & kitchen. I do like a lot of their stuff, I have purchased in the past but reasons why I put three stars is because their shipping takes so damn long. I understand during a big sale because they do dofree shipping & discounted stuff. But even when it's not a sale they take more than a week to ship. It does grind my gears because of that issue, I don't mind shopping on their when there isn't a sale & the price for shipping is very affordable. It's the amount of time they take to ship which makes me not want to shop there that much. Second reason is that they're never in stock with a lot of their items, somehow they're always sold out even on days when they don't have sales & its quickly on demand. I feel that whenever I do go back & those same items are still out of stock; may take a while to be restocked if that makes sense. Their customer service is great, they did help me with an address issue I had in the past & they always give me a refund whenever they don't have a certain item in stock. This isn't the only issue I've had with shipping, it was other times & just know that if you do buy there is a delay. Don't expect your order to be shipped quickly because it won't unless you pay extra for it maybe but I wouldn't expect too much & do keep in mind a lot of items will be out of stock. They do bring new stuff into their website, I don't know if a lot of it is good. I do know the make up, beauty tools, bags & their household items are good.

Overall decent stuff. BUT: Always out of popular items, like they don't know to order extra of popular items. This causes increase demand when it does come in, rinse and repeat.
They only issue store credit no matter how they screw up your order. When they have a sale, they do it as a "discount code" at the end of the order. They only allow one discount per order, so they end up with a lot of refunds not redeemed.
Speaking of sales , every time they have one it's "forgive us your order is delayed because of increased volume", like right now. They don't anticipate this? Every time?
Also, before you order, add up the price of the small amount and compare to the same volume of product from a local store. You may be surprised that they are actually more expensive on some things.

Received a broken item. Trying to get a reply for a refund or replacement is like talking to my self. No replys after a promas to sort it out. Been waiting since September 21st for a reply

Went to the store in Baybrook and they had some good items so I purchased total of $16.80 not bad, but the customer service was bad!! The cashier who rung up my stuff did even mention a 10% off coupon and when my daughter checked out the cashier told her about it……so I asked the cashier why didn’t you mention this to me? Her response was there are signs everywhere and with a messed up attitude…..but I was calm about it, she didn’t even look like she wanted to be there…..BAD SERVICE!

Have bought from there two times. The first time products were missing as well as the packing slip (that was asked from me in order to get a refund) and the second time a product was completely wrong. Instead of giving you money back for the product *they* sent wrong, they give you a code for your next purchase. Also on the second order the processing time for them to send it out was 2 weeks! I really wanted to like them since I love their products but the service could definitely be improved.

Took a bit for the order to come(2 weeks) but I can honestly say I love all the products I ordered, from eye stuff to face cream. Brilliant, worth the wait and money.

I usually order here and they always miss a item or two out my package.I always get a ton of stuff.This time I ordered a ton of stuff for Vday when they had dollar shipping.Well my package was delayed which was terrible to finally get my package and missing a lot of my stuff.My package came in a small bag this time and not a box which I knew couldn’t be right.I’m missing over 20 items.They always circle and mark everything off as if it’s there.I don’t like how they just did me without even notifying me what wasn’t in stock and just refunding it.I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again for a while.I used to love them but eh they alright now.I looked forward to making candles and using my humidifier but I didn’t get any of it. :(

I have had nothing but great experiences with shop miss A and I’ve been shopping with them for a couple years now. Their AOA products are amazing and a lot of them are better than some high end Products that I’ve used. I have cystic acne and I have been using their AOA skincare line since it dropped and my skin looks amazing!
I have never had an issue with shipping and you do get a tracking number if you look under “account”. People fail to realize once a order is shipped, it’s out of ShopMissA’s hands and it’s up to the courier to get it to you (DHL, USPS). So if you have a problem getting your package, you should follow up with the delivery provider. When I have had an order issue, I contact customer service and they have always been amazing. Sometimes they may require you to send them proof of shipment (ex: a pic of order slip), but they have always been prompt with rectifying any issues I have had. ShopMissA makes beauty affordable and I highly recommend you try it for yourself

its been two months and i haven’t received anything and now theyre saying it’s getting returned to them and theyll give me store credit but why would i want store credit from a place thats just a scam
