Extremely Disappointed - 15–35 business days. Still nothing
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was initially told delivery would take 8–10 days, but later advised it could take 15–35 business days, which is far too long—especially since I placed my order on November 25, 2025. My package has not moved in weeks, and there has been little to no communication or effort to locate it.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of follow-up or accountability. I expected someone to investigate where my order was or provide meaningful updates, but that never happened. This experience has raised serious concerns about the company’s reliability and customer service. Unfortunately, based on how this was handled, I would not recommend them.

Read all the reviews and it made me feel less angry to know it's not just Me. When ShopMissa.com first came out and it was only lashes and glue things seemed to run more smooth. Now that it has turned into a beauty supply and the company is projected to be 10 million, the brands shipping and customer service are terrible. My first order was 3/22/2020. Back then most lashes really were $1.00! Not anymore. Now I see lashes up to $5.00USD. But that's not why I am writing a review. I'm writing a review because I think I'm directly being scammed now. The inconsistency in customer service relations and the constant order shipping delivery issues feel like blatant robbery now. Since 3/22/2020 I have made only 10 orders. Out of the 10 orders - One was delivered to my apartment and stolen. Another time the driver didn't deliver because they refused to contact me in any way. Regarding my home residence, it is now 4 messed up deliveries. 2 stolen and 2 claimed to be delivered but like 2 other posters said here in this thread "were never delivered" AT ALL. None of those times was I refunded, discounted or compensated in any way. Many times my emails were Ignored. They got the money - I got Nothing. When they did respond (which was only twice) the delivery issues were blamed on the postal service. Yet I ordered from other businesses in the USA & China and everything came. So the excuse had to be fictional. I did notice every time Shopmissa is about to mess with the order they send a "late delivery" text. 2-3 weeks after I make the order. Then the order is randomly "on the way" about 1 - 2 weeks after that message and then the "delivered" message and NOTHING IS THERE. No postman on cameras. No delivery verification photo. That's why I think it's a scam. Its 2025 delivery companies inc. uber, skip the dish, door dash and basically everyone who delivers to our doors now sends a photo notification to verify proof of the delivery. Once I noticed the excuse/ripoff ignore trend from Shopmissa.com I started buying lashes on shein or temu. There's no sense in paying so much to get Nothing in return. No sorry, No help, No costumer service at all, even when I email. I never trusted them from the beginning so I always edit my cart down to 35$USD. I refuse to spend hundreds on ShopMissA.com because if the order doesn't arrive I won't be so upset. Funny thing is China uses UNIDelivery and I get every single order. So why pay more to get less. Or ignored. lol Shopmissa has diminished the trust i could have had in them as a reputable beauty provider. I'm not following any of their social media to help promote their brand for free either. I style celebrities and have a huge following so I can't put my reputation on the line for a company that steals from me like this. Not a chance. oh and use a prepaid credit card when you shop at miss a.
You get what you pay for...low prices = no customer service!
This company's customer service is a joke. Received package (great packaging) with a damaged item. Reached out and received a reply blaming the shipping company and if I had not paid for the "insurance," I would have been out of luck. I was presented with two options. I replied back with my choice. I waited a few weeks, no reply. I replied again, still no reply. I replied a third time and didn't get a reply. I didn't get any help until commenting on their social media. I was messaged inquiring about the issue. I let them know and they said no replies were ever received and wanted to know what my selection was. I switched my selection from the store credit (with added bonus for "inconvenience") to a reshipment so that I don't have to deal with them again. I also sent them a screenshot of the timestamps of the replies. They processed the reshipment without replying further. Just ghosted, even after asking for a supervisor. The products are decent, but their horrific customer service negates the product and the price. I will not buy online here again!

Very long wait not impressed
I’m in Ireland the delivery took a month and then had to pay customs as well as delivery, make up is nothing to shout about it smells cheap and the colours are odd, like the mauve lipliner is completely different colour to the mauve lipstick. Mauve lipstick is purple not brown. Wouldn’t recommend

I sense new ownership and now they are just a scam. I ordered November 26th and I'm still waiting. They are blaming the Canada Post strike, but things I have ordered after the strike have already arrived. Not to mention last time, for the first time, they charged mean arm and a leg in customs. Big scam now. Do not buy. Try shein instead

I ordered 1 week ago, while it was said that it would be shipped after 2 days, I did not receive an e-mail that it was shipped in any way. There is still none. I sent 3 e-mails, there is no answer in any way. They also withdrew the money, they do not have a service you can reach by phone, there is no answer to the mail. I will not buy it again, that's for sure, and I definitely do not recommend it to those who are thinking of buying it!!

Total scam. This is my first negative review of anything ever. That’s how bad of an experience it was. It takes about a month for them to start processing your order even though their website say they process in 2 days. Then many items will be back ordered because of process times. They will then say they will email you to get you a refund. They never will. If you email them they have you jump through a ton of hoops, provide them with SKU numbers even though they have the information all on your order. After 8-10 emails you give up. Most of the items were broken but I was just concerned about the ones that weren’t ever sent. It worth spending a little more to not deal with this terrible company.

I can't believe that the prices are that low for the products that you can get! My new find is the skincare line, I got all the little storage organizers are reusable makeup wipes and I really love them!
The only thing is that shipping is super long :( and the tracked delivery option is hit or miss. 2 times I ordered with tracked shipping and I never got the tracking, and the last time I chose to just not get the shipment tracked and I actually did get tracking. So confusing!

I love shopping at shop miss a, I think their stuff is decent, decently priced & good quality. My last order I received mostly a lot of makeup but I did get a wrong item. So I reached out to customer service, letting them know that I was given the wrong primer. I waited till the 13th for them to give me a response. The representative is named Pamela, she gave me two options, one is a 2$ coupon or a reshipment. I answered, letting them know I want the reshipment & that was that. On the 15th they responded telling me that I didn't respond back which I did & I have my receipts. So I responded again & till this day didn't get my new primer. I waited patiently & miss Pamela has yet to let me know if I ever got a reshipment. This is not the first time I have been given a wrong item. I have had it resolved but for some reason this time I didn't get anything. The item costed a dollar, yes I could buy another one but why offer to reship the correct item & not answer back or not send it. I didn't even bother because it takes them a while to answer back & it ain't even worth it. But they really need to be double checking the items instead of just throwing any random items in bags & customer service really needs to improve a bit more. I purchased my items on the 25th of Nov, so that was my experience & again I'm just disappointed by the customer service being lazy this time. Will I stop shopping there? No, but I will definitely not buy there during the holidays next time.

They take forever to reply and have shortened the hours and days of when their customer service team is available. Can you believe that?
They do not have a system in place where the rewards points return to your account. You have to literally email them and wait for their reply and then, and only then, you may get you rewards points back.
They make you pay for extra tax on top of tax on top of another tax and on top of a package protection fee.
They do not notify you in your email before your order ships if you are missing something or an item is out of stock. That is unprofessional and scamming. You can tell they just care about the money.
They place repeat items on their website, so when you think you are getting something different, you are not. That is scamming.
This company has gone downhill from when I first used it (3 years ago), they will be losing a loyal customer due to their consistent unprofessionalism, inconsideration, inconsistency, incompetence, and carelessness.
What I believe is happening as well is, they do not have enough people on their team (High turnover? Wouldn't be surprised) and they are being cheap and stingy in terms of hiring more people, inducing extra hidden fees on top of regular tax, and avoiding customer reparation. This company is no longer a good company.
Once my order arrives (which it better because if not...ooo wee), I'm bouncing. I need to save my money anyways.
