Pretty sure this business is a scam- I had the same experience as everyone else below- ordered door numbers in November, contacted them re. whereabouts in December and they said there was a delay. The... See more

Full scam company
Full scam company, after 3 months of waiting, lying each week, they offered me a 10% discount. After that, I asked for a complete refund, after 10 months no refund was processed and the lies continued by reassuring each week the reimbursement was on going. After 11 months they refused to reimbursement.
Bad experience. Avoid.
Avoid at all costs – misleading and unreliable
Why does this Trustpilot account (shopmeraki.co) reference jewellery when they don’t even sell jewellery? Is this a deliberate attempt to mislead customers by Youssef Ali (listed as the owner on Companies House) – someone with no digital footprint?
I also tried leaving a review on their other account (shopmeraki.com) and noticed the same owner has dissolved a company under a similar name. Not exactly confidence-inspiring.
My experience dates back to July, and ever since I’ve just been passed from pillar to post. The same copy-and-paste excuses keep coming:
“We are currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries than usual…”
“Your package may be currently held up in a backlog at the courier’s warehouse…”
“We have escalated your case for investigation and will send a replacement immediately…”
Meanwhile, the tracking link (via PostNL) still says: “The item is available at the pickup point.” Am I really expected to travel to the Netherlands to collect it?
Months later, I’m still left with nothing but empty promises.
An absolute nightmare – steer clear.
Awful scam company
Awful scam company. No idea how they get away with it. Goods never turn up and they ignore all requests for a refund.
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Items are not delivered although paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Scammers
Simply unacceptable! The ordered product, paid €270, never arrived. We repeatedly and unsuccessfully requested cancellation and a refund, but customer service has always provided vague and inaccurate answers. Thirty days ago it seemed that the refund — for an order placed more than four months earlier — was finally being processed, but today yet another mockery: they offered me store credit to buy their products again. Stay away from these scammers.
Don’t buy from Meraki Hardware
I ordered knobs in February that never arrived. I emailed a few times to chase my order, they always replied saying there were delays, they’ll push it through as a priority etc. but it never arrived 7 mths on, they never tell you when you can expect it, just fobbed off with generic responses. When I then emailed to cancel my order they didn’t reply. I reversed charges with my bank in the end to get my money back. Ordered from Plank instead and they arrived in a few days. I didn’t think to check the trustpilot reviews for Meraki first as I’d ordered from them in the past. Something has clearly gone with this company, but it’s terrible they’re still taking orders when they can’t fullfill them. I’ve noticed they’ve removed their logo from this Trustpilot account now.
SCAM
placed an order for lights with this company over three months ago and they have still not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was told more than once that the items were “out for delivery,” but the tracking has not updated in weeks and nothing has arrived.
This experience has felt like dealing with a scam — they have taken my money without supplying the goods and provided misleading information throughout. I have now had to request a full refund and escalate the matter through my bank.
Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy — I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
SCAM!
SCAM!! I placed an order in November 2024, nine months later and apparently my order is still in production. I have contacted 'customer services' numerous times and just get generic AI bot responses. My requests for a refund were ignored.
We loved every bit of it
We loved every bit of it! The price was also too good for looking things elsewhere.
Meraki: Non-Delivery and Zero Communication
My experience with Meraki has been utterly appalling. I purchased cabinet handles for £624, but they failed to deliver the items despite numerous follow-up emails from my side, to which they did not even bother responding. When I sought a refund, Meraki continuously and unjustifiably refused my legitimate claim. Even with intervention from my credit card company, Meraki continues to dispute the refund, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind—absolutely unacceptable service.
No products arrived. No refund option. Hard avoid.
Completely fraudulent company which I can't believe is still allowed to operate with so many customers telling the same story.
Like everyone, placed my order months ago and received nothing. Tried contacting via email and social but get nothing but AI-generated nonsense (or nothing at all).
No refund option, no phone number, so had to contact Trading Standards and go via my bank for a chargeback.
This company needs to be shut down.
No Delivery, No Customer Service, Just SCAM
I ordered handles for my entire home from shopmeraki.com, and it's been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Despite taking full payment upfront, they haven’t delivered anything — and it’s been weeks.
Customer service is nonexistent. You can only reach them through a form or email, and when they do respond (after 24–48 hours), you get generic AI-generated excuses like:
“At this time, we're unable to send pictures or documentation. The service outage has affected multiple systems…”
“We’re having issues with the dispatch due to a technical outage…”
“Your order is ready, but we’re facing an unexpected technical issue affecting our dispatch operations…”
These vague replies don’t change — it’s the same recycled message over and over with no real update, no timeline, no accountability.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Shop Meraki as this company seems to be stealing your money.
My house numbers just arrived….6 months…
My house numbers just arrived….6 months after I ordered them
7 months - still not delivered.
7 months, still not delivered. No communication. Terrible fraudulent service.
Waited 6 weeks for an order that never…
Waited 6 weeks for an order that never arrived. Contacted customer services 6 times and received an AI response from “Fin” that told me I’d hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I only heard back a week later after I said I was contacting trading standards. Eventually managed to cancel my order and ordered from the amazing Plank Hardware who delivered the same product in 1 working day. Do not use Meraki, they are clearly a company in trouble who outsource production to other companies.
Joke of Company
Placed an order 4 months ago for very expensive furniture legs. The delivery date came and went – nothing showed up. When I contacted them, instead of helping, they actually suggested I pay more for "express shipping"
Now, 4 months later, I still have no product just radio silence. This company is either completely incompetent or deliberately scamming people.
Save yourself the frustration and money. Avoid this site at all costs.
Items not received
Items not received, no engagement from Meraki. It is now obvious that all the happy customers and associations with known brands on their website are just fake.
Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service! I've chased and chased and chased, but they don't care. I asked to cancel my order and have a refund days ago but guess what...nothing! Stay well clear of this company
Scam or just terrible customer service?
What an awful company to deal with. Placed an order in mid Jan and despite it being 6 months and constant chasing I have received nothing. They keep asking me not to cancel as the order is going to be dispatched soon. I’m going to file a complaint with my bank as now they are not responding. AVOID AVOID AVOID
