Good value and nice watch. Customer service is just a little slow in response. Still waiting but happy otherwise.

I was sceptical however curiosity got the better of me. All watches shipped out of Las Vegas it says on the website however when I got the tracking details mine was shipped from China. The watch came in an unbranded box which had ‘smart watch’ printed on the front. No mention of luxium. So after looking up “smart watch” I have found the exact same watch on Ali express for £20($26)
Watch is so far working well and the battery life has been great.
So my advise is buy the game watch off Ali express and save yourself some money.
I have since tried to get in touch with Luxium but no response. So I dare say customer service is non existent.
UPDATE. I have sent various emails to this company with no response which again does not fill be with confidence. So if you are thinking of buying from this company DONT!

Great buying experience! Used promo code that actually worked. Watch received fast and is exactly like the ads. Easy setup and works great. Finally a product that is as advertised and actually works as stated. Found watch on Facebook ad. Purchased the Ultra model.

Found this watch, and ordered for husbands bday, I like it has counting steps and heart rate, we are getting older and it's nice to have this info close at hand,( no pun intended) 😆

The product speaks for itself, quality without the High Price!! I have had the Stinger for approx. one year and no issues whatsoever. Beats an Apple Watch.

I have learned to be very careful when ordering on Facebook. I have had to wait a month for my product and more than once it never arrived. I like that my watch (the second that I have purchased) ships from USA in 2 to 3 business days.

They claim to give 50$ giftcard - don't belivie it, they don't. Also Smart Watch is really basic and charger terrible in terms of magnets. Not recommend.

Got the watch delivered fast, it’s a great looking watch( Luxium ultra) downloading the app was easy. Now on to the bad part, I had the watch for about a week and had to do an update on it through the app, once I did the update the watch went to crap it wouldn’t turn off or reset hardly ever would keep track of sleep or monitor any activity’s . The buttons on the side wouldn’t work. And the company’s customer service takes at least a week to reply to any e-mails you send them. And returning the watch for reimbursement or to get new watch that works ( well I’m still waiting on the e-mail to tell me if I can return it or not) so if you buy one of these watches remember to keep your order number and the watch model you bought because they will ask for that info in the e-mail if you try to return it. I would definitely not buy this watch
