Immaculate Vegan offers a range of ehtically sourced products. I've bought several items of clothing over the last few years and my son loves those we've given him as presents. The sizes are accurate and the colthes fit well and wear well.

This is such a great website for vegans (and anyone buying for them) - it relieves so much stress! It has loads of different brands and some are more expensive than others so check out the sale items and don't let that put you off. The only minor drawback is that parcels are dispatched and, if necessary, returned, separately by brand.

Bought a pair of slippers for myself and my partner. They are both super comfortable and great quality and arrived really quickly.

Boots are very comfortable and of great quality. Ethical production is awesome.

Quality of the wallet was nice, but inside zipper pocket was hard to open and my daughter decided the wallet was too stiff and there was only one slot for bills, so the configuration didn't work for her.

It isn't easy to return an item. They are apparently shipped by a third party and I had to search for a customer service address to email about a return, since there's no phone number listed. I returned the item and am still waiting for a refund.

IV has great customer service, and the boots I recently purchased are gorgeous. Top quality, comfortable and warm

Received Bence’s bag as a gift. After only 2 months of normal use, it started falling apart.

The bag was purchased for over 400€, which is completely unjustified given the very poor quality.

The issue occurred well within the 1-year warranty, yet no refund or appropriate solution was offered. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic consumer standards.

I am posting this review publicly in the hope that the brand will finally take responsibility and refund my friend, as they should have done from the start.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Immaculate Vegan, which is a pity because I share the same cause as them, but in my opinion they have to mature as a business.

It might not apply to all products as it’s a marketplace, but I’ve bought a product for €400+, which ended up being really bad quality. I reached out to their support within 12 months and it turned out the original seller disappeared, already left the platform, cannot be contacted etc. And Immaculate Vegan states that it’s not their responsibility anymore but the seller’s, so can only offer a promo code for the next purchase.

Where is the Legal guarantee of EU conformity? If you sell in the EU you have to provide a resolution for 24 months(!). What kind of contract did they sign that allows this to happen? Why can’t they charge the seller for refund? Are they really professionals? What kind of customer service this is? So many questions…

Will I go to court for this? Obviously not. But will I buy again? Most likely not, because my trust is gone.

In the emails the customer service person was kind and I appreciate that(even though their communication was slow and I had to be proactive every time and it took 2 months to offer me no compensation). But this business shouts to me that they are not professionals, maybe just in the beginning - still, i would not like to throw my money away like that. Wish them the best to improve, but please change these rookie processes before you lose too many customers and improve quality control of your sellers!!

For the ones buying, I recommend to do your research first, check the brand that is selling, and if they seem trustworthy and proper, then give a try. Otherwise… trust your luck or not.

I received the gloves from UPS on December 15, 2025. I tried them on when I went jogging outside and they were very comfortable and warm. 😊
