Tracking order not available anymore

Ordered 2 consoles online. Order been confirmed with tracking info available couple days later. 2 days later the tracking info isnt available anymore. Sent 2 help requests via the website with tracking number and email. Another 2 days later still no feedback as to where my order is. Awful experience luckily paid on credit card now i know why i pay with credit card

No order received, no customer service

I ordered back in early November as a Christmas present for my partner and daughter. The tracking was stuck on them not receiving a parcel so I reached out to get a status update. I heard nothing back even a month later so reversed the charge with my bank. I ended up paying a bit now and buying elsewhere. Still no sign of my order and now a couple months later they've emailed and asked why the payment was reversed. No resolution or apology for my missing order, and no acknowledgement or response to my correspondence back on November. Fairly sure it was a scam.

Still Nothing Yet

I ordered a handheld and a case for it about 2 weeks ago and their international tracker has not moved at all since. Their website claims to have no information about my order yet their shopify link states there is an order. I have contacted them for an update but still haven't got a repsonse. And from what I read here I expect to get the same cookie cutter reply by the company. At this point I just want my money back.

Update (02/03/26): While the customer service has been nice enough to refund part of my order, I have still not recieved my order nor had any update on it.

Ordered on the 22nd January

Ordered on the 22nd January, still waiting for the item, says it was 2 weeks delivery well that was a lie, I bought an emulator for my. Son's 5th birthday tommrow and it has not arrived.

If its not here tommrow I'll be going to trading standards,

All items are internationally shipped from China, not a UK based warehouse. And these details are incorrect on the website which is why I'm going to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company if you want to actually receive what you pay for on time or otherwise!!

I ordered 2 of the retro games consoles for a birthday present in February weeks prior to day that it is needed with shipping protection ect that was back in January the maximum time of delivery was 15 days. It has been well over the exceeded time I’ve had one reply to the emails I have sent all of which was some excuse about an influx of orders and products being sent out later that usual and that there will be a tracking update soon! however that was now a week ago and still no update Royal Mail still haven’t received my parcel! You take all that money and still can’t deliver the product I wish I’d read the reviews before buying! I won’t be making that mistake again. And I will be requesting a refund.

Well let me add my review to the mix. This is a scam. And an overpriced one at that. Ordered on the 24th of January. Tracking number is unsearchable. Today is the 15th and still nothing. If you purchased this contact your credit card company to dispute the charges. Website promised multiplayer. When purchased this did not show up on the itemized receipt emailed to me. I emailed to inquire as to whether it would be included Luke Brook replied asking me to let him know if it was in the order. I replued back that I had not received the order and 3 days later he replied that it was not included and would require a second purchase. DO NOT TRUST THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Patience is needed. But so is communication.

Second update 17/03/26: I received my item today. I ordered it on the 02/02/26

It’s actually a very nice bit of kit. Especially for those who grew up with the game boy and the old sega and Nintendo games like I did. A lot of classic games on there like Mario Pokémon Sonic and all the old classic arcade games etc. The only thing people will have to be warned about is the length of time that it takes for the item to arrive. I still feel if they just communicated this long wait time then people will be more accepting of it instead of saying it will be shipped within 10 days. The item itself is decent for the money. I’ve upgraded my review to 4 stars from 1 star.

Update 25/02/06: okay so I’ve had a response from game lab. One was to offer me a new link to track my item which I used and it’s found my order. Previously it was coming up as “order not found”.

I’ve also had a few responses which I assume are from an employee at game lab. One was to apologise about the delay of my item and that it is on its way. Another to offer me a 10% discount due to the delay. And then two more asking me to update my review on trust pilot. And that my discount can only be applied once I acknowledge that this is a suitable compensation for the delay. They seem to be more concerned about this review than my item that’s still not arrived as of 25/02/26 when I ordered on the 02/02/26. Like I said in the review below I don’t mind it taking time to get here so long as I know it will arrive and that the company just say from the get go that there are delays in delivery. I have yet to respond to these emails (by the way check your junk folders if you’re in the same boat as me as that’s where I eventually found these responses).

I will update again when I get my item or a refund if the item doesn’t arrive. But at least there’s some response. I won’t be upgrading my 1 star until the item arrives and I can try it out. Then I will update it fully.

Okay so I ordered one of these devices and a case with shipping protection around 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received it just yet. I was given an order number and a tracking number both of which told me that the “parcel info had been received” with a list of the items I had bought.

Recently though after looking again it’s now saying “Order couldn’t be found” which is very alarming. Also my confirmation email that I received which has on it the list of products that I bought now only shows the “shipping protection” as the only item that I purchased. Why would I buy shipping protection for no items. It feels like my order has been cancelled/never existed.

However, after doing some digging I’ve noticed that a lot of people who were in the same no man’s land as I am now eventually did get their item. Including one who also had the “order couldn’t be found” message when tracing it. I think the company who are selling these consoles could be a little more transparent in regards to delivery times. If I was told it would arrive within 8-10 days I expect that to be honoured somewhat. If they were just honest and said it may take 3-4 weeks I feel a lot of people would begrudgingly accept that but at least we wouldn’t feel like it’s a scam.

I’m going to give this a one star for now purely because I haven’t received my item and lack of customer support (I have emailed them regarding my order). I am going to give this another week before contacting my bank for a chargeback.

If my item turns up before then I will update this review accordingly.

Great Customer Service

The website was easy to use and clear. When ordered, there was a slight delay due to the vast orders (apparently) but when I emailed in, Stephanie was swift to respond and kept me up to date with the delays. I was starting to get worried as I was moving house soon and thought it may not arrive in time. When it did, it was packaged perfectly, it looks amazing and I can’t wait to play it. I’ll be playing Pokémon all the way on my journey to Japan soon!

Looking at other reviews this is a scam…

Update 20/2 have received two responses from them now which is positive still no timeframe as of yet for when it might arrive tho?
Looking at other reviews is this a scam? ordered end of January no update on order or tracking number. Neither no longer show anything. No reply to any messages left on website and their contact email address just bounces back any email sent to it. Possibly biggest red flag that this is a scam. I will be disputing payment with my bank if no good received.

Awful company, be careful.

Awful company. Item not arrived , and customer service not brilliant. Luckily I can claim on my credit card for a chargeback but I am now taking this further as I don’t like companies who take peoples hard earned money and not send stuff, tracking doesn’t even work now. Passed over to trading standards and will luckily get my money in full.

Excellent Support!

I had a problem with the console I bought from Game Lab, in which the game would appear to charge but didn't. I contacted Game Lab and received a quick reply and an easy-to-understand solution. Ever since then I've loved the system. Game Lab has also sent unsolicited e-mails with instructions clarifying use of the console. I highly recommend them!

Reselling a product and marking up the price

Bought one of these, comments probably gonna be deleted but feel like I need to say it anyway, it is a good console and works, however gamelab is just a "rebrand" of the r 36 s console which can be purchased for half the price these guys are selling for, it was shipped in the regular r 36 s console box, no gamelab branding on the box, no gamelab branding on the console itself and as far as I am aware no software upgrade or game additions to the original. This advert is completely false (maybe not the 1 year warranty bit, but you could pretty much buy yourself 2 at other online stores for the price they are selling 1 for) save yourself some money and just Google r36s console instead , I feel ripped off after learning this and trying to save others money👍

Terrible let down in service!!!!!

It is now February 11th. I have emailed you my order # AND phone number.
There are no updates nor any shipping details attached .
All I have is an order #.
I would like a FULL refund at this point and time.
I thought about recommending this site to my nephews but I’ll no longer be doing that as this is how you guys operate.
