I didn't realize the quality of the shoes was so poor. I definitely would not have purchased them.

I love it here I’m almost $20k deep but it’s all worth it shop here u will never leave!!!

The customer service at AKIRA Lenox Atlanta store is terrible. I’ve been twice and every time there’s this attitude, staring, rolling eyes, rude tones, inability to communicate with politeness. Never mind the policy of online returns not accepted at the store, the associate there was simply rude. I asked to speak to the manager after she informed me of the policy and she tells him when he walks up “can you tell her the policy?” No where in the universe will that ever be excellent service. Even when having to deliver bad news to a customer there is a way to do so. How about, “ the customer would like to return an item she purchased online and after telling her policy she asked to speak to you.” Period. I’m an adult I can handle the rest. I packed up my return and took it to fedex by my home. It was hardly an inconvenience. I just think employees need training on how to talk to people and maybe even therapy cause the atmosphere in the store is terrible.

The clothing is good quality

I purchased the bling jeans. They are stretch denim fabric. Im a 10-12 they fit good around the waist im curvy regular lil pouch (stomach) not flat. . I was thinking of changing for a 6-8 because of the stretch fabric. But decided to keep the L. I didn't want the waist to be to tight. I can't WAIT to wear them. I absolutely LOVE them. Trust you will love them too. I highly recommend. The order came before the expected date. I will definitely order from AKIRA again.

THE SHOES ARE BEAUTIFUL STYLISH AND COMFORTABLE AND GREAT QUAILTY

Well first of all….. my experience has always been overwhelmingly GREAT!! I love the style the unique fashions…. The prices are pricey…. However it’s worth all the coins….understand that the material are of great quality… you don’t have to worry about them shrinking up on you after washing… long lasting colors.. don’t fade at all…. I simply love the craftsmanship of each piece of fabric as well… love everything about AKIRA!!!!

I purchase several pieces from the Akira collection and ba-by. super sexy and great material. Well, the collection is fire. I also purchased 3 pairs of high heel sandals, super sexy. I got compliments every time I wore them. Not only were they unique but very, very comfortable. I love a good shoe I had been purchasing Steve Madden's as he is one of my favorite shoe designers and his shoes are normally comfortable but guess what? Akira beat him out in the comfortable department. I was surprised as there shoes are well made and comfortable. Sorry Steve Akira got you beat. I intend to purchase more item in the near future and sent my friends to the site as they want my shoes. Oh! I did pay the top price to get a quick delivery and it came right on time.

I’ve recently been purchasing some nice high heels from Akira and they are amazing. I just had a birthday that passed in May and bought some cute vintage heels for me to wear and I rocked them. They were soooo cute. And then just a few days ago I bought some high heel pumps for my graduation that is this coming school year and they are just to die for!!! I love Akira sooo much and definitely will be purchasing a lot more things from here!
