It is the most beautiful dress I own. It looks exactly like the pictures and is so well made with excellent material and quality.

I love shopping. AKIRA has the best selection of women’s wear that will appeal to all ages. I love their sales. They are so awesome. The clothes are bold, colorful and made of very good quality. The size ranges from regular size to extended. The staff is very polite and helpful. I shop online too and have never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered.

I recently visited one of your stores to purchase a $120 item. The only item available was the floor model, which was damaged, so the sales representative offered to order a new one for me.

After reviewing my receipt, I realized I was charged $20 for shipping without being informed. I find this disappointing, especially since the order was necessary because the store’s available merchandise was damaged. At the very least, I should have been made aware of the additional charge before completing my purchase.

I have spent approximately $800 with Akira this week because I genuinely love your merchandise. However, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Please refund the $20 shipping charge or cancel and refund my order. As much as I love the item, I do not feel I should be responsible for additional costs resulting from damaged in-store merchandise.

Can’t get help did return in the store which I purchased online and drove over 160 mile to return to the store trusting that correct items was exchange got home same items returned was put back in bag. Let customer service know by emailing no response. Bad business

I honestly took a gamble and ordered items from this site. Did not expect much and was pleasantly satisfied! I love my pieces! Fit perfectly and surpassed my expectations.

Shopping on the website was very easy and I love all the different unique items I was able to buy .
