Did not mention anything about postponed release
Ordered a pair of running shoes that were on stock according to their website, and available for shipment within 3-4 days. I did not hear anything for a week and wrote to their customer service. They said they would only be able to ship in February (2 months from now), since the shoe would not be released until that time. Their website did not say anything about this. Meanwhile, they did withdraw the money from my account. I definitely do NOT recommend this store.

It was not my first time with shop4runners. Over the last years I was able to find always good shoes for running. Their descriptions are really good and helpful. I have never got any issues with delivery or returns.

Fake swiss shop
The shop presents itselves as originated in Switzerland (.ch), but it actually is a German shop. Sending shoes back costs as much as 30 CHF! I'll never oder with them again.

This is scam. Do not buy on the website. They sell items which are actually not in their stock, and arrive within 3 weeks (vs. 1-2 days delivery on their website). They do not refund return fees for international deliveries even though (i) it is written in their terms & conditions that label would be provided ; (ii) they did not respect delivery times

it was not clearly indicated, that this material is coming from abroad an additional customs and handling costs will be charged.
The shop indicates to send from Switzerland. In fact after delivery I was charged for customs duty and handling.

Wrong items and terrible customer service
I ordered two shirts from their website. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong shirts. The shirts they sent had a similar product name so i guess those kinds of misstakes can always happen. Annoying but not a big deal. The real problems started when i contacted them about the misstake. Customer service kept insisting that I was wrong for several emails even tho I sent pictures wich I guess they didnt look at. And yes, it was an obvious misstake and not just som minor detail. They even stoped answering a couple of times. After several emails they realized I was right. Then I had to pay for and book return shipping myself, even tho the misstake was theirs. After sending in the receipt for the return shipping I just found out that they will only pay for half. Its usually very smooth when you shop online but this was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. In the end I almost felt like the bad guy becasue I had to keep pushing even tho it was their misstake all along!

Unfortunately we cannot create a shipping label for overseas, so you had to pay the shipping costs in advance. We then reimbursed you for the shipping costs. However, since you chose express shipping, we could only refund you the cost of normal shipping. Unfortunately, a refund of express shipping costs is not possible.
