I bought several times from Veepee. Prices and quality are good. The delivery does take on average 3 weeks, but they never promised faster delivery, so I can live with it.
Packaging is well done and secure.
All in all a good experience

I found the website well-organized and had a wide selection. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear that the handbag I bought wasn't made of genuine leather. It was quite expensive. So, as soon as I unpacked it, I could already tell it wasn't real leather. So I checked other websites to find out it was not genuine leather. It's a pity, because the design and finish are very nice. I kept it anyway, even though I wouldn't have bought it if it had been more clearly stated on the website. It also takes a long time for the product to be shipped to your home and for it to be visible on the carrier's website. That's unpleasant, because you often hear about things going wrong and then have a lot of trouble proving that you didn't receive the product.

Veepee Services Relations overrated
Delivery of Re-turn package was wrong due to the bad postal code (mine is belgian, they sent in France).
After having told them they were wrong and gave the right postal code for reshipment, they sent it again in France without having amended my postal code. It was a gift for Chrtistmas.
4 stars would have been the rate (1 star lost for delivery leadtime) but this time it was a mess...

Great brands for low prices, but patience needed for delivery
The wide brand and different categories that VeePee offers makes is interesting to check everyday what’s new on sale.
You need some patience after you ordered, but the waiting is worth.

Logistics needs improvement. Pricing is ok
Information about shipping & delivery times is often non-exsistent. A set of Nike shoes took 3 weeks to ship!
Return process is slow too.
Pricing is sometimes great but then supply runs out very quickly. Other offers are not very attractive and can be found cheaper elsewhere

Good price quality ratio
I have been a customer for years since they changed the shipping fee I shop less. I found an alternative with similar prices much faster shipping.
I still order but nowhere near to what I used to.

worst online shopping experience ever
worst online shopping experience ever. ordered slippers but received cat food. while i returned it a week ago, not received the refund. not even a confirmation message about the process. will never shop from veepee again.

Ik ben steeds zeer tevreden over de artikelen die ik ontvang. De kwaliteit is telkens in orde en alles wordt correct geleverd zoals beschreven. Het enige minpuntje dat ik wil meegeven, zijn de lange wachttijden vóór de pakjes effectief worden ingepakt en verzonden. Deze wachttijden worden wel duidelijk en correct vermeld, maar persoonlijk zou een iets snellere verzending toch een meerwaarde zijn.
Voor de rest absoluut tevreden over de producten.
I am always very satisfied with the items I receive. The quality is consistently good and everything arrives exactly as described. The only remark I would like to make is about the rather long waiting times before orders are packed and shipped. Although these waiting times are clearly and correctly communicated, a faster shipping process would definitely be appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with the products.

Great Selection, Easy to Use — Delivery Time Is the Only Downside
I enjoy shopping on Veepee. They always offer a nice collection, with good brands and quality products. I often compare with other platforms, but Veepee usually has a better selection, and the website is easy to search and shop from.
The only downside is the delivery time — it can take quite long, sometimes so long that you lose interest in the purchase. I did receive an explanation from customer service, and they are quite responsive, but this is really something that should be improved. For an online service, faster delivery is essential.
Other than that, I am very satisfied with the overall shopping experience.
