Ihave been ordering for some time with Veepee but it at the moment when something goes wrong that you see how trustworthy a company really is. I have ordered a couch which has been delivered incomplete after more than two months of waiting time for delivery. Zero effort has been made to resolve this situation. I was delivered an incomplete couch and when complaining I got a message that the value of the missing piece (1/4 of total couch) would be reimbursed to me. I have not asked for this refund which makes no sense - I ordered one product not pieces of it. Additionally, the amount which was supposed to be reimbursed was not reimbursed in full either… The treatment of my case was completely unreasonable - like ordering trousers which miss a zipper and the solution given without consultation is to reimburse the zipper cost. The customer service is not helpful at all. And now became unresponsive when it is time to confirm that, given zero help from their part, they do need to schedule a pick up for the couch and a full reimbursement of the cost including the initial 200€ of delivery cost.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! And after years of loyal purchasing on this site - I will no longer be a client. There are better ones out there like thebeadery.com or showroomprivé. I have been recommending veepee to friends and family for their prices but will definitely revert back on that message to avoid issues for others in the future.

I am truly sorry for what happened with your sofa and I completely understand your frustration!
You waited a long time for a complete sofa and it was delivered incomplete, with one crucial part missing.
This is absolutely not the experience you should have with us.
After checking with the carrier, we found that the parcel containing the missing part was lost during transport.
This should not have happened and we are reviewing this internally to avoid similar situations in the future.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you!
As there was no option to reorder the missing part or the full item from the supplier, a partial refund has indeed been performed.
The difference in amount is explained by the discount which you have used while placing the order.
Rest assured, we have requested a free pick‑up of the remaining parts in the meantime.
So once the sofa has been collected you will receive a full refund for the rest of the order, including the delivery costs.
Additionally, a voucher has also been added to your Veepee account as a gesture to soften the situation.
Again it was never our intention to disappoint you or cause any inconvenience, Klaudia!
Especially after many years with you as a loyal customer.
Please know that I have sent you an additional message via your Veepee account with more explanation and guidance.
