Quick delivery and well packaged as always.

I mistakenly created duplicate orders. Not only is this company quick at packing and sending out your order, but they are just as quick at fixing my mistake of ordering the same thing twice.

Ordered Raspberry Pi, case and power supply, all of which arrived quickly. When I checked the order I had inadvertently ordered the EU power supply rather than the UK version. I contacted their support team and returned the item for a refund, (which was confirmed a couple of days later) and ordered the correct PSU.
Overall very prompt service and dealt with my mistake quickly, efficiently and without fuss. Will definitely be ordering again!

I have previously purchased a number of items from Pimoroni without any issues, but I recently purchased a 1TB NVME SSD drive which was faulty.
While unfortunate, I can accept that occasionally products are supplied that have faults, but Hayley from Pimoroni customer support was Excellent and sent me a replacement drive immediately.
I was really impressed with the communication from Pimoroni when faced with a negative scenario (such as a faulty item), this is for me, is the best metric of a component supplier.

Ordered a RaspberryPI 5 with some accessories. It arrived quickly and without issue. It's 2nd time I've order a RaspberryPI from them and both times the service has been first class.

The Raspberry Pis I wanted were in stock, I ordered them and they turned up the next morning - hooray!

Helpful, very useful information. Much appreciated! They really do know things that aren't often something you might find on a web search. I didn't know that a lot of folks lack the technical experience to diagnose faults without even seeing the device in question.

Excellent range of products and top-tier customer service. I love a good electronics project, and Pimoroni sells 99% of what I need. I've only had one issue with a DOA Raspberry Pi Zero, which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Rico handled my ticket and was friendly, competent, fast, and understanding. Basically, everything that you want to happen after something goes wrong.

Parts come as described and in good time. It has been a pleasure to order from them.

made promises they could,nt keep and paid for next day delivery which never happened and so i cancelled the order after they blamed it on despatch problems but they never informed their customers of this until after you place an order which is bad customer service so cannot recommend anyone uses this company
