Die Website war für mich sehr informativ, ich habe jetzt 2 Jahre bestellt, war immer ausgesprochen zuverlässig und schnell geliefert, sehr keimfreudiger Samen- wirklich gute Erfahrung gemacht, auch mit Rückfrage, super.

Schon x mal dort bestellt. Immer top. Diesmal auch wieder alles in Ordnung. Leider kam das Paket diesmal ohne Goodie ( sonst öfters mal Presente wie zB. Samen dabei). Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. :)

Hab meine Bestellung storniert und zweimal wurde mir gesagt das dass Geld zurück überwiesen wird.17 Tage später ist das Geld immer noch nicht da

Eine Sendung wurde vom Versandunternehmen verkackt, aber kurzer E-Mail Kontakt und es wurde für Ersatz gesorgt, echt super👍🏼💯🤩

I rarely leave positive reviews on TrustPilot, but with this store, I couldn't help but share my opinion! Shops of this quality are so rare!

I was looking for a reputable store, but since some US seed merchants opened branches in Europe, the quality of the seeds has suffered, and it has become much more difficult to obtain seeds of the same quality as at the time when the US still managed direct sales to Europe...

Until I discovered BUSHPLANET, 30 years ago, I had purchased from many stores. Physical stores and e-shops for several years. Whether for myself or to help friends buy seeds online, I've tried quite a few brands.

Before discovering BUSHPLANET, I only made purchases from stores that were highly ranked on Google… and other search engines (e.g., Herb…, WE SE EX…, Zamne…, to name a few of the biggest ones in VR juiik). These seed stores that always offer discounts are shops that promise germination guarantees.
➡️After testing after some issues: in the end, in these shops, all pretty and so Frienddly: seeds that don't start or degenerate genetics! No consistency and no returns of new seeds, but always excuses!

BUSHPLANET in France… I'd never heard of them. They are currently completely unknown in my country, they are poorly ranked on Google…. Yet, established since 1997, they have a huge 1000m² GrowCity… and seem to have grown very well since then… they also sell quite a few clones. Unfortunately Not allowed in our country!

I hadn't found any reviews in my language... I didn't really know what to expect.

With BUSHPLANET: I discovered a simple, no-frills store that you can rely on. And no germination guarantee? Why bother? Given the genetics and freshness, all I have to do is be perfect with my technique, and everything is top-notch!

With Bushplanet, you really feel like you're dealing with experts. No promises in the store, but in reality, during the purchase, before, and after, there's a real commitment to communication!

A store that offers prices without big "discount" signs, but when you go to the checkout: they offer very reasonable prices! No more expensive than elsewhere given the quality, and very efficient customer service. Shipping: needless to say, it was express! I contacted them to ask for expedited delivery because I was late, and the package left at the same time as my email arrived!

An example: to request something Before the sale, from their email response, you immediately feel that you're not dealing with people who are there for fun, but rather that you're communicating with passionate experts who give clear and concise answers that are relevant to your question!

And the seeds? All the seeds sprouted within 14 hours of germination. (A sign of the seed's freshness.) I wasn't familiar with the genetics of these seeds, however, and with two and a half months of hindsight on the order, I can confirm that the seeds I received from BUSHPLANET were of high quality.

From the germination stage to the end: they followed the description on the seed bank's website to the day! Seeds of very high quality and freshness+++ which, from start to finish, had the same development, and they were all identical (or almost).

Bushplanet: I don't know if it will last, but it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I've competed in all categories over the past few years!

Sorry, I'm looking for flaws, but... Honestly, I don't see any... The best in French! See you soon for another comment, anyway!

Hatte schon mal Stecklinge bestellt die top waren. Also noch ne automatic nachgeordert. Gsl hat mein Paket versemmelt. Hab den Support von bushplanet angeschrieben und die haben direkt Ersatz raus gesendet. Wirklich klasse Kundenservice und tolle Stecklinge. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Stecklinge sind gesund und kräftig, haben starke und viele Wurzeln ausgebildet. Besser würde ich es selbst nicht hin bekommen. Die erste Lieferung wurde leider durch den Versand Dienstleister verzögert. Mir würde sofort die Ersatzlieferung angeboten mit einem alternativen Dienstleister. Das hat auch perfekt funktioniert und die Pflanzen waren innerhalb 2 Tage bei mir. Und das obwohl ich in der ersten Email sehr ungehalten war. Ich kann „bushplanet“ einfach jeden ans Herz legen aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung. Das Team ist motiviert und freundlich, so muss das sein. 👍🏻

Erstmal 5 Mal bestellt und alles super geklappt nie Probleme gehabt ging immer zügig das die Sachen unterwegs waren aber die Tage habe ich zum ersten Mal gehabt das 3 Samen aus meiner ersten Bestellung nicht gekeimt sind ! Aber was soll man sagen keine Ahnung woran es gelegen hat trotzdem ich würde jeder Zeit wieder bei Bushplanet bestellen, meiner Erfahrung nach immer noch die Besten.

1. Bestellung pflanze bisschen gebogen aber hat sich schon wieder erholt. Kleiner Schaden am Stiel der wohl nicht schlimm ist laut Kundenservice, trotzdem wurde mir eine Ersatz Pflanze geschickt. Bester Service!!! Werde nie mehr woanders kaufen, ihr seid top Leute 👍

Mittlerweile schon mehrere Male dort bestellt. Bin äußerst zufrieden, alles kam immer innerhalb 2-3 Tage Versandzeit wohlbehalten an. Kräftige und gesunde Stecklinge!

Ich hatte bei diesem Shop eine Pflanze bestellt und war rundum zufrieden. Leider hat der ursprüngliche Versand über GLS überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Aber: Der Kundenservice war absolut vorbildlich!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Cheesy und Gerry vom Support – sie waren super freundlich, lösungsorientiert und haben sich sofort persönlich um alles gekümmert. Die Pflanze wurde dann über einen anderen Logistiker verschickt, und das hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Zunächst durch den Transport etwas schief gewachsen, aber nach 24 Stunden mit Sonne stand sie komplett gerade. Sie ist gesund, kräftig, sieht toll aus und riecht einfach fantastisch!

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und werde im nächsten Jahr ganz sicher wieder hier bestellen. Ein wirklich guter Shop!

Ich hatte eine Jungpflanze bestellt, die leider erst nach 4 Tagen durch GLS zugestellt wurde. Die Pflanze kam dadurch stark beschädigt an. Daraufhin habe ich mich an den Support gewendet – und wurde positiv überrascht:

Bereits am nächsten Tag erhielt ich eine freundliche Antwort und es wurde umgehend eine unkomplizierte Lösung gefunden. Als Entschädigung wurden mir Samen im Wert meiner ursprünglichen Bestellung zugesendet – tatsächlich sogar deutlich mehr, vermutlich als nette Geste. Zusätzlich lagen noch Longpapes von 42FastBuds bei.

Trotz des ärgerlichen Lieferproblems kann ich insgesamt nur Positives sagen: super Kundenservice, schnelle Reaktion und sehr großzügige Wiedergutmachung!

Leider auf den falschen Versanddienstleister gesetzt, über eine Woche auf die Ladys gewartet,
bei 1 ist die Krone gebrochen und eine andere ist vermutlich zuklein für den langen Transport gewesen.
Denke die beiden werden es nicht schaffen.
Schade.

Super schnelle Lieferung. Gut und Neutral verpackt. Die drei Auto Mädels sind alle ca. 30 cm groß und Kerngesund. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.

Die erhaltenen Samen waren das letzte. Der Breeder also Royal Queen hätte diese auch ersetzt nur Busplanet ist sich zu knickrig dazu und stellt Menschen mit 30 jähriger Erfahrungen in Frage. So eine lächerliche Behandlung habe ich natürlich nicht nötig daher haben beide Unternehmen einen Kunden verloren und kann keine weiter Empfehlung aussprechen!!! Kann man verzichten.

Großartig! Übersichtlicher und informativer Shop, sehr gute Preise, transparente Abwicklung, schneller Versand und seeehr netter Bonus. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Alle Zwei Mal habe ich kostenlose Samples erhalten und ich bin allgemein sehr zufrieden bisher!
