My shepherd who's 8 years old been struggling with allergies all his life. My vet told me about Animal Biome. I didn't give it much hope as we have tried so many things in the past 7 years and nothing has worked. Until now, he's been on it 1 month and my vet told me to try for 2 months. He is at least 75% better with his itching. If everything else has failed for your dog, give this a try. I also wanted to say I had a few questions and put a call in to customer service. The service was super. She (I wish I wrote her name) answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. I will definitely recommend your product along with the company and customer support.

My German Shepherd has been diagnosed with IBD for a few years and nothing seems to help...until Animal Biome. When the vet suggested this, I was very hesitant, but after speaking with a very kind, informed and knowledgeable customer rep. all my concerns were put aside. This product WORKS! With a change in his diet (Kangaroo, who knew!) and animal biome, he is getting right back on track. Thank you!

Animalbiome.com makes an awesome product! That being said, they do a great job on auto orders as well. They let me know when it's going to ship, when it shipped and great tracking! I am impressed! I can call them and get help with my account in such a positive way too.

Did their test and received my results 2 weeks later, only to be told to use their products which are WAY over priced. Plus their test has increased by $22 in just those 2 weeks. The price for the “Gut restore pills” shows $125 but once you make a selection it changes to $265. What a joke. Who can afford this stuff.

I really wanted to love this product. Unfortunately it did not help my cats diarrhea. He has IBD. I have it 45 days and did not see any change. If anything, when I stopped using this product I saw more improvement in his stool.

My 2 cats have E. coli and clostridium perf. I have followed your entire protocol and results are very marginal. They have been on every thing for 4 months.

This is the first time my young cat diagnosed with IBD has been better withour cortisone. I am so glad my vet in Mexico recommended these probiotics.

The gut test was great to determine the issues one of my dogs was having. I got the product quick and the lady who went over the test and how to use the products was great and very knowledgeable . My dog has been on the products for 2 weeks and the diarrhea has stopped and hos stools are firm again.

Honestly, the FMT is "sometimes" helpful, but can worsen existing problems. The test kit is also informative, however I will never purchase anything from them again. This company has horrendous customer service and very clearly prioritizes their bottom line. I get it, it's a business, however one would think there is a genuine concern for the animals and their well-being. There is not. The technicians are rude, know it alls, who talk over you and only recommend further supplements from this company, if things aren't working well. Apparently, the office is in the Congo region of CA, because if you mail back the test kit, they don't confirm arrival for weeks after you sent it. I ordered FMT, which are ridiculously priced, for literal shit, and it got lost in the mail. I reached out to Animal Biome and received a crap response from an even crappier "health advisor" who informed me they must wait a full 10 days from the last status update in shipping before they could send a replacement. Wow, super concerned about the animal's health, right? So, I wait the 10 days and they clearly are annoyed they have to give up another overly priced product, but say they will send it right out. NOPE! Since they prioritize only profit, they sent nothing out. I received no shipping confirmation or anything. I reached back out to them 5 additional days later, to which they didn't respond, and then an additional 2 days later, I received confirmation of it just being sent. So, now it's been over a month waiting for a supplement, with zero concern from said company, all while still waiting for a PAID for product. I received it, gave it to my dog and it caused extreme digestive distress with significant gas and bloating. Now, I'm sure I could reach back out to these incredible "experts" and they definitely would have something else to offer for sale that would help my dogs now, recurring problem from the FMT pill, but I would say a hard pass. May work. May not. Buy one thing is for certain, the company doesn't care, unless it effects their profit. I would say try the Legacy Biome, if you wanted to try FMT or a different company that's care a bit more

The response times are too slow. After 30days saw no change in cot poop. Purchased the test kit and only after 2 weeks did I get notified that it was received. Now must wait 1 - 2 weeks more for results.

Great fast service

The first time Moni was Rx'd this "med" she did great and was taken off in aout 1.5 months. Her numbers came up and and was told to go back on. This time, it's a much slower result. But slow is better than NO. Thanks for this product. Maybe in a month, her next appointment, her numbers will be better.

The GMP has been a game changer for my senior dog who has struggled with reflux and pancreatitis. He hasn’t had an episode for over a year now and I attribute that to the GMP.

I was very impressed that when I left a voicemail, I got a return call very quickly. They are very professional and helpful. I also think their products are helping my Boxer that has IBD. We use Gut Restore, GMP Maintenance and the testing kit which has been very helpful. I will continue to use these products.

Our 4-year old Havanese, Annie, was horribly injured by the indoctrination of vets where vaccines are concerned. They caused out-of-control damage to her body, to the end of her skin being eaten up by fungus/yeast and and bacteria. Thousands and thousands of dollars later and after about 2 years, I came across Animalbiome's Raw Gut restore, the S. Boullardi powder. I ordered it as soon as I saw it. In conjuction with treating her externally with Hydrolyzed silver (both the gel and spray liquid), her little body began to recover. I used the Hydrolyzed silver on her damaged skin until the Raw Gut Restore and S Boullardi powder could build up and take over on her insides. Within a very short period of time we could tell she was improving and that her suffering was diminishing. It is about 2 1/2 months later and she looks wonderful and acts like she feels that way, too. I no longer need to treat her on her skin because the AnimalBiome products worked. She is still on an anti-histamine. The vet told my son later that he treated his own animals differently than what he did as an allergy specialist - Vets should be pushing this company and their products. I could not be happier that I discovered this company and invested in their products. Thank you!!!
