Communication has lacked
Communication has lacked. After much back and forth to fix my original order from feb 21, I still have no idea when it will arrive. Poor follow up. Poor communication on updates but no problem blitzing my email for sales purposes.

The fit is great
The fit is great! the material seems to be sturdier than the previous one and the handle on the harness is well padded, comfortable for my hand if needed. Stitching is excellent, offering sturdiness.

The Joyride Harness has worked…
The Joyride Harness has worked wonderfully for several years with our 2 older dogs. However, the 2.0 sizing didn't work for our new pup. Return was easy and refund very quickly received.

This is my second time purchasing harness from joyride for my husky. The first one lasted for almost more than three years and still looks great. I just got the summer harness it feels lighter and breathable for her summer walks. I’m sure this one will last long time too. They have great and long lasting products and it’s all made in USA which makes it even more great.

My little 5 pound dog loves her joyride harness! And I have so much more control using it. She’s very fidgety and a step in harness is almost impossible to get on, the joyride harness is super easy and takes no time at all to put on. It’s on before she even knows what’s going on😂

I liked mine from the past
I liked mine from the past, had about 3-4 years, then middle hook broke off from stitching, then the side loops ropped, so ordered another. The black one with skulls lasted about 2 weeks, then the hook in middle ripped from the stitching when pulled on tie out. I need to send back. Design needs to be updated somehow as if she bends down with her front legs, she could slip right out!

Great customer service . Products are kinda high however they are great quality its been a year or so since I bought a new one but the last 3 I bought were great and lasted a long time. German shepherd size dogs are the sizes I bought would recommend
