Although the reward is better than Payback. But I don't like the 10 Euro minimum withdraw amount. And some cash back for example temu usually takes more than six months.

Surfshark VPN
I qualified for cashback by purchasing a Surfshark vpn subscription and after the 3 month period shoop.de is not making my amount available.I contacted their support I opened a ticket but they don't bother to answer at all.Scam site avoid!

it does take most merchants 3-4 months until they pay us the cashback. Depending on the merchant it can be faster or take even longer. We try to give you an approx. time-frame how long it takes a merchant to pay out the cashback on our merchant page. See for example

150-200 EUR back per year - that is a fair deal!
I started using Shoop recently, but I already got 20 Euros benefits from my purchases. I think I did not use it more than 1 month yet even. So looks like if I use it regularly, I can save yearly around 150 euros and maybe 200 if I get lucky. I think it's a good deal :)

doesn't track purchases after the first few purchases
i got my first payout without problem(except too long waiting time) but my last 3 purchases don't seem tracked although i can see them in the clicks section. i would see my purchase automatically after 1 an hour but now nothing although i do the same thing in the same merchant. i got tired of submitting missing cashback claims with no answers.

whenever you are missing an order or have a declined order in your Shoop.de-Account, please send us a "subsequent posting request" (Nachbuchungsanfrage). To do so follow these steps:
- Log into your shoop-account
- go to "Aktivitäten" on the right
- click on "Nachbuchungsanfrage"
- choose "Meine Bestellung wurde nicht erfasst"
- select the merchant with the order-date of the missing or declined order
Please now fill in all the relevant data. It is important that you give us all details of the order so we can process your request. Please note that you will have the option to issue a "subsequent posting request" (Nachbuchungsanfrage) 3 days / 72 hours after your purchase and not earlier. And please upload the booking / order confirmation as a pdf or jpg.
And please make sure do clear your browser cache and delete the cookies before using shoop.de.
