Extremely good service
Our experience at the Shoe Station in Montgomery at Eastchase was very positive. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the cashier, which was nice. My husband was looking for Sketcher slip on shoes, so I stopped a sweet young employee who I believe was named Shaterica. She helped us and was so nice. Very pleasant experience. This is why we shop this store. Thank you for the good service.
Will never order from this place again
Will never order from this place again. They said my payment didn’t go threw but took the money off my card anyway twice. When I called to ask why it took the money I was told there was nothing that could be done and I had to wait 3-5 business days for the money to go back on card. Worst experience ever.

Don't Buy ... here's why: I returned shoes that were 100% unworn, except to try on, which, how do you know if they fit or not if your don't try them on? I purchased a pair of Hey Dudes for my Father-In-Law for Christmas. (He has poor health, so I run a lot of his errands) The shoes were too small and I tried to exchange them but the stock was low at the time so I opted to get a refund, so the sales clerk gave me a refund on a gift card. The next week, I went in to check the stock, and the company had been bought by another company, and after standing in line forever it seemed, the manager told me there is no way to use my gift card. This was in January. She did not know how to help me except said to try back in a couple of months and maybe they will have it fixed. Fast forward to March 11, I go in the store and the sales clerk told me it will take 20 minutes to transfer said money on another card. Okay, so I wait 40 minutes and when I get the card, It has $34.21 on it. I told the girl that is incorrect and she says yes it is. I'm not going to argue, so I leave. We all know that this shoe costs more than $34.21, but at this point it was not worth the effort. And, no I did not keep my receipt with my gift card to use 3 months later, BIG MISTAKE! I have spent so much money at Shoe Station, and I am so disappointed in this scam, stealing from customers, not having their act together, or whatever you want to call it. This was just wrong on all accounts. Get it together new corporate people at Shoe Station!

Bad return policy from Shoe Station
I ordered a pair of shoes from ShoeStation online. They arrived in record time. Bad news is that the shoes were too big and a return was necessary. I live in Ohio and there is not a store anywhere near Ohio. That being said, my cost to return the shoes was $17.00 and the shoes were $50.00. Can you imagine paying one third of the price for a return. I learned a valuable lesson and will plead with you not to purchase from the site unless you live within a block of a store. There are too many great online stores to purchase shoes with free shipping and returns.

They told me because they looked dirty couldn’t exchange them , I was born with clubfeet and have always found shoes there, but it’s hard for me to find shoes that work. I recently ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe Station. I was missing an order so I called the store in Columbus, GA which was on all three packages I had received. The manager on duty was named Kevin. He was kin, patient and genuinely concerned about the shipment I was missing. He said he would call back and let me know what he could find out since I had ordered online. To my excitement, he called me back by the end of business. Yes, he found the package and gave me the date it would arrive. More importantly, he honored his word. He has not only earned my continued business but my referrals to all friends and family.

Too big
I’m very disappointed with my long awaited shoes.
They were routed wrong and delayed. Today they arrived and the shoe were much, much too big.
I ordered the Vionic for there excellent foot support. I chose the size equivalent to EU 39. They were an inch too long and far too wide. I couldn’t wear them. So they are being returned. I will never order vionic again.
Straight out embarrassed and humiliated
My husband and myself visited shoestation to purchase a belt, that's where he always go but today during our visit the security guy approached us at the register during check out and accused my husband of trying to steal a belt. Told him to take off the belt he had on and take the one he had off his person. Well my husband pulled his belt off and lifted his shirt to prove he didn't have an extra belt only the one he wore in the store. The security still question him about a belt. That was very embarrassing and the security guys still didn't apologize after my husband showed him that what he was accusing him of wasn't true. We purchased two belts he should have check with the cashier to see if we purchased two belts and he should have apologize for the embarrassment he cause but instead he made smart comments and walked off. If that's the kind of treatment people are going to receive than I think its degrading and I'm going to spread the word on social media also on how shoestation treat thier customers
