I was a huge fan of Vida’s KF94 masks since the beginning of the pandemic, purchasing hundreds of them to wear daily as a Children’s librarian — until receiving my last order in September 2024.
The material is now stiff and scratchy, the loops are huge and loose, and the masks itself is approximately 15% smaller than the original.
Because of these problems the mask has enormous gaps at all four sides (even after using a bead hack to shorten the loops).
Even if the mask didn’t gap dangerously, it wouldn’t be possible to wear such an uncomfortable mask for more than a very few minutes, much less a day at work.
Ordered sweat pants and sweat shirts over a month ago and didn’t get my package do not order from them there SCAMMERS!!!!!

Trying to return my item the Dyson hair wrap wand literally the day after I bought it and they have not responded once . Used the email they give out and Facebook and nothing . I would not buy from these guys stay away . I’m looking into now legally as I have no choice . Do not buy from them they don’t reply or take any notice and there is no way to contact them only that Email address on their website . Shady shady !!! I’m three weeks trying !!!!

As an artist, I did not have a good experience with them, and now that they have switched over to another platform, I closed my shop, and I am still waiting for my commission.

Poor. I ordered a scarf as a birthday gift a month ago.My credit card was charged immediately. The scarf has not been shipped and there is no estimated shipping date. I don’t recommend buying from them.

Hi I am totally disgusted at the sandwiches R58 with nothing in on and ask it to be toasted I lost a filling ,really now can u make a sandwich or u need sandwich schooling .your prices suck and so does your sandwiches thank goodness I went to get my money back I will be posting the sandwich on social media 2 slices brown bread dry as hell and some kind of chicken spread that’s it …… get into the real world stop selling kak PS and thank goodness as so does all your sandwiches experience 2 … toasted egg cheese and tomatoe dry as hell totally disgusted .I need to understand how do You pre-pack sandwiches maybe go study bacteria at a lab and educate yourself about what u feeding people or maybe Vida is the only in it for the Money 💰 to hell with the universe

They take advantage of the desperation of people in third world countries. Shame because their CEO is a woman of color. The worst of the worst experience I had with them is during Christmas. They all took their Christmas breaks without paying us. We didn't have any salary for a month!! Such a despicable and predatory company.

We've been using the adult KN95 masks for over a year, and they're wonderful! They seal well and don't hurt the ears or cause skin issues. I like that they're affordable, recyclable, and made in the USA. Masks are part of our lives, now. And VIDA is our go-to mask supplier.

I am an adult with a small face and the measurements of their kids mask worked for me. I am a doctor.
I have been wearing masks daily for 26 months. These are some of the worst I’ve tried. They are thin and do not give me the sense that they offer nearly the same protection as a good KN95 or KL94. There is a gap under my chin where air and anything else can enter the mask. Additionally, they are rough and scratchy around the edges. I’ve contacted VIDA. They DO NOT stand behind their product and refuse refunds. They told me no worries, you can donate them.
Update….they have offered to send me another $35 worth of different masks. It would have been so much easier if they simply stood behind their product. They could have taken back the unopened package of 5, but they refused.
Another update. After sharing with them my absolute disgust with their product, their customer service, and telling them I would have AmEx refuse the charge, they have said they will refund me.

The product was good other than a funny smell which only went away after several days of wearing.
The biggest issue is I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 2 months, with no response from the company. And no cancellation.
This is very frustrating as a customer. The subscription was super easy to start and terrible to stop. This is not good customer support.

So much appreciation for the fast response in addressing a situation where my daughter's masks appear to be have been stolen from my mailbox (created mini-crisis at home given how much my daughter loves her VIDA masks). We were so impressed with VIDA's customer service approach (through assistance provided by Jovy), including timely response and satisfactory remedy, exemplifying VIDA’s commitment to providing excellent customer service. It is no surprise to me that VIDA has made a name for itself for delivering high quality products. My daughter is so happy that new masks are on the way, and she is amazed by how nice the great staff at VIDA have been. Definitely a loyal and repeat customer here!

I ordered black and pink adult masks. I liked the black masks, but the pink masks I received were for small kids. I contacted the company via email with screen shots of my order receipt, and pictures of the wrong items attached, but I never received a response so I will not order from the company again.

The cotton reusable masks and 99% filtration filters have been the only masks I've purchased and worn since 2020. Double filters inserted at times. I am a barber/hairstylist and I wear these masks for up to twelve hours a day, sometimes six days a week. I match them to my outfits and wash them often in hot water and change filters every couple of days. They fit well and look great and are light and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I tell every one of my clients to get their masks from Vida.

Ordered 8 KN95 masks that do not fit and are not really KN95 though website said they are. They are refusing to give me a refund in spite of multiple emails to them. Poor customer service. Going to o dispute charge with credit card company.
