We have used this service a few times in the last couple of months and had never noticed any issues until their most recent visit. We now have several deep scratches on the outside of our downstairs windows. The windows are well back from any trees/ shrubs that may have caused this and they have only since appeared since they last came (which was captured by our ring doorbell which also shows that nothing else could have causes these scratches) we informed them of the scratches to which they took no accountability. We have subsequently cancelled any of their services and wouldn't recommend them.

Had my first window clean done by Shinetime this week having been recommended by my neighbour who has used them for a while. Good communication to initially organise. I then received a message the day before letting me know they’d be with me the next day. Came up much better than expected (it had been a while!). Work done by a polite man and I’m now booked in for 8 weeks time

Appauling company and highly unproffesional. Call your phone late at night and then dont arrange with you to do the guttering. Guy hammered my door 3 times at 8am univited in the morning so didnt answer. He then proceeds to start putting ladders up to do the job and hammered my door like the police do again. Dont use are scammy unprofessional!

Cold caller knocked my door offering regular cleaning of windows. I said I'd give them a try just on front windows as I'm disabled and my missus has been nagging for ages to get them done. Quoted me twelve quid for 3 windows and 1 door including frames. Guy turned up a few days later, was on site 3 minutes, left windows soaked and full of streaks and pulled cables out of cctv with brush on a pole. Rang and complained, was told they use "smart water" and it will stop streaking after about a year. Wasn't happy, agreed as they'd done half the job I'd only pay half. Then start the threatening texts about outstanding balance, they don't respond to emails and I wasn't doing anything over the phone as I wanted a paper trail. After 6 months of messages from them they finally said they'd passed it over to debt collectors to recover the six pounds outstanding. Verbally we had agreed on paying half but there was nothing in writing. I've reluctantly paid it and I'm invoicing them for having to pay a neighbours son to reconnect my cctv. I'm sure they won't pay. A company that desperate to send threats over six quid in order to keep their heads above water certainly deserve the reputation they're earning. Check their F Book page and there's not a single comment from customers just Shinetime saying "another satisfied customer". Its not the customer saying it. I have photos of the state of the windows and the threatening messages.

Yes you offered to have the price of my clean which I paid reluctantly.. then you sent threatening messages of court action, bailiffs etc if I didn't pay the rest.. Which I only paid because I couldn't be bothered to deal with you! There's more important things going on in my life.
You never explained the product would take numerous cleans. You broke the feed to my cctv by using a pole not a ladder and I had to pay a neighbour to repair it.
