We never charge for: Toilet breaks Answering unrelated calls General thinking time (unless you’ve specifically asked us to work through a problem) Rounding up to the nearest hour New clients may be asked for a small deposit depending on the ask, but otherwise we only invoice once the work is complete and you’re fully satisfied.See more
