I wanted to try it but realizing that I did it impulsively and wanted to cancel I thought it was going to be hard. but it was easy and they were nice of to charge me any more I'm grateful for that.

Abram was extremely helpful and accommodating. While Shift was not a good fit for me, their customer service is top notch. Abram asked a few questions to make sure there wasn’t a way to help me stay & didn’t pressure me to keep the subscription. The rest of their services/program are just as helpful!

Customer Service Review: I needed a refund for a second payment…
I needed a refund for a second payment of the program, so I called customer service. Not able to answer my call even though I tried calling at different times, about three times. Was able to explain my problem via email and after a couple of emails, to get a refund for the program. I didn't really use the program to any extent to give a review of that, but I am happy with my customer service experience. Looks like a good program but maybe just not for people who need in person motivation.

I love the shift app
I love the shift app because it helps me track my water intake and gives me great ideas for recipes. I appreciate the workouts too when I need to lift weights. Customer service is also fantastic!

Good, not great
You do have a good program, but it is not the end-all for everyone. I was not pleased with having to go through another app to cancel the membership (my phone was not amenable to this process). Human interaction is always preferable.

Great Recipes and Concept
Loved the recipes and the concept of the app modifying your macros based on what you were plugging into your food journal. Found it a little frustrating or the app glitched when I would do an overview of my food for the week, plan it out, buy the ingredients based on my weekly recipes and then the food would change. I think it did this because of something I ate off plan but it made it more labor intensive to stick to an overall eating plan for the week or to go find your original recipes for the week and plug them back in to your food journal. Otherwise I loved the format and the tracker. The food was delicious and simple with easy to follow recipes and customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive when I reached out with a question.

Free cancellation does not apply to the 3 month plan. This is unclear when offered! Also all the add on pop ups when trying to pay are very annoying and should have been a red flag! Not happy with my purchase at all. I have canceled my subscription and will not be renewing.
