There was a team of installers who took great care and left the premises as thy found it. Also the small fault which happened in transit was replaced within a very short period.

the product is fantastic, the installers were great really easy to talk to and professional, lots of advice given really decent chaps.

Great product (Slab-Tech) but fabrication error put the join over a dishwasher. Lasted 2 months before cracking!

Product overall is 5 stars.

Templater was efficient and knew his stuff.

Fitters expertise and attitude (2 sets, one to fit and one to repair) was 5 star.

Communication could be better - when I was told the repair would be made I was asked to disconnect the taps. Fortunately, I disconnected and removed all attached plumbing and drainage.

What gets NO stars is the attitude that seems to come from the factory management. When the replacement worktops arrived, the fitters were expected to cut out the existing moulded sinks and refit them to a new worktop with cut outs. The new replacement flat surface turned out to be 5mm too short for the join to be fully supported. We agreed to forego 5mm of worktop, have the new flat surface attached to our existing sink return and the fitters did a great job. Had they replaced the sinks as well, I hate to think how much dust there would have been and the sinks would end up smaller!

Also had great support from local Howdens depot.

Booked a templating appointment with my local Howdens the day of the templating came and there was no contact, chased it up and there has been a "computer error" and my appointment was actually booked for 3 weeks later, after lots of chasing managed to get it bought forward a week and a half, then got a fitting appointment for the week after, got a call pushing this back by a few days as well due to a "computer error", Happy with the end result and the guys who did the install but the process of getting to the install was infuriating for me and the multiple trades that were waiting for the work top install to be complete.

Fab worktops, turn up a bit early but nothing wrong with that.

Very helpful and polite team of installers. Had to return a second day to install the waterfall edge due to less experienced team leader. Left a bit of joint compound and silicone across all surfaces which I had to clean off next day. Overall very happy and the quartz really finishes off the new kitchen.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Company kept in touch with date for templating and fitting, very professional on both occasions. Extremely happy with the worktops, really sets the kitchen off. Highly recommended.

The experience that we have had with this company have been second to none.The kitchen worktop designer was very knowledgeable,polite and conscientious.
The workshop was fitted this morning and we couldn't be happier.The installation was excellent.They were very professional.Our builder who wasn't there at the time asked me to say that you have provided a first class service with an amazing new product.

Great service from start to finish. The proffessional staff at the depot, the installation office and the guys who fitted the work surface, were all attentive, knowledgeable and when they said something would happen it did. Please note Sheridans are now owned by Howdens and the service levels are hugely improved and in-line with what you would expect from a Howdens branch.

Hob not measured by the templater so the initial worktops were not cut correctly. Despite assurances that we were a priority it was almost two weeks before the worktops were ready for installation. This was done by subcontractors and not to a very good finish.
As a result 4 visits later, the worktops have been relaid today.

Chris & Reece were incredibly friendly & helpful. They did a fantastic job in installing our new quartz worktops, we are thrilled with the finished product! Thank you so much. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them.

All of the guys who came out to measure and install the worktop were friendly, polite and professional, They were all skilled and committed to doing a good job. They took time to make sure that the work was completed well and with great care. I could not be happier with the end product! A huge thanks!!
