Shemugs failed to deliver my order
Shemugs failed to deliver my order. They say the package was left on my doorstep, but my doorstep is literally next to a busy sidewalk. The delivery company that Shemugs hired did not ring our bell or make sure the delivery was secure. They should use the USPostal Service, who never just dump packages by the sidewalk and walk away. Shemugs refuses to take responsibility for their choice of shoddy delivery service, and refuses to make good on the order. I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges.

According to the carrier’s tracking and delivery confirmation, this order was successfully delivered to the address provided, with photo proof of delivery at the doorstep. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. We unfortunately cannot control theft after delivery or guarantee package security once it has been delivered to the correct location.
We always recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting delivery instructions if a residence is in a high-traffic area. We’re disappointed this situation resulted in a chargeback, but the order itself was produced and delivered as confirmed by the carrier.
