Unless you live in Japan and order from them directly don't bother.

I was looking forward to ordering from them for so long, but when I finally did, I waited months just for the package to be shipped. They lost my order THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, and the tracking number didn’t work at all, not once, even when one of the packages supposedly arrived in the U.S. which led me to believe the tracking numbers weren’t real.

After almost four months of waiting and back and forth+not receiving any of the packages, I ended up having to request a refund for the whole thing. It really sucks because I’ve seen some of my online mutuals order from them with no issues, but I’ve also seen Reddit threads of people having the same problems I did.

For context, I live in the U.S. and from what I’ve seen on Reddit, most of the orders that had issues were ones shipped overseas. So if you don’t live in Japan and plan to order from them I honestly wouldn’t bother.

BUYER BEWARE.

Genuinely one of the worst companies…

Genuinely one of the worst companies ever. Might look normal at first, but in reality they're just like any drop shipping site. Good luck trying to receive your package because it will take months, sometimes you even forget that it existed. 15 days of processing is absolutely insane, while shipping can also take 8-15 days. I've had packages from Japan come faster than that, so I ordered my coat from a japanese site instead. Because I KNOW it will come faster. But with nogenki? All I can say that it's a waste of money and time, and if I could refund the order, I would do it but I unfortunately cannot.

You may think: But you just need to be patient, waiting is normal!

No, it's not. Normally, I am patient when it comes to packages. You see, the problem is that nogenki uses the most unknown and slowest shipping company possible to ship parcels out, called JBD or something like that. Usually chinese packages come with yanwen or yun express (which are way faster, by the way) and not with this no name company. They don't even seem to have a proper site, which is already a major red flag.

If you're a fan of waiting for a package for months with no tracking information provided whatsoever and like edging yourself, nogenki is perfect for you.
