Delivery is terrible, (yodel) they dont even attempt Delivery and then tell you its failed Delivery, contact shien and they dont help either, they offer in-post delivery which also fails delivery, not worth the hassle, dont recommend and wont use again

Returned an unworn bikini to SHEIN and…
Returned an unworn bikini to SHEIN and had my refund refused over an allegedly “missing/damaged” hygiene sticker.
The frustrating part is that SHEIN’s own inspection photo clearly showed the hygiene sticker still attached to the item. During the complaint process, I received several different explanations including:
* missing sticker
* improperly attached sticker
* damaged sticker
* needing arrival photos as proof
SHEIN also acknowledged in writing that I did not open, wear, or try on the item before returning it.
Despite this, they refused both the refund and to return the item to me.
I understand companies need hygiene policies, but the handling of this felt inconsistent and unfair, especially over a very low-value item where most customers would never think to photograph the inside of swimwear immediately upon delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with SHEIN and their delivery service.
The first time I placed an order, my parcel was delivered to the wrong location. I specifically selected delivery to ASDA, but the parcel never arrived there or anywhere else. Although I received a refund, that does not change the fact that I wanted my order, not just my money back.
Despite this, I decided to give SHEIN another chance and placed another order. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. Out of the entire parcel, only two dresses arrived, while the rest of the order was missing and never delivered.
The worst part is that there always seem to be problems with SHEIN deliveries through Evri. They cannot properly deliver parcels to home addresses, ASDA pickup points, or even parcel lockers. There is always some issue, missing items, or parcels ending up who knows where.
I specifically ordered everything in advance for my holiday because I needed certain items for the trip. Now, just a few days before my holiday, I have to run around shops trying to find all the things I had already carefully chosen and ordered online. This is honestly ridiculous and extremely stressful.
Losing parcels twice is completely unacceptable. This level of service is unreliable, frustrating, and very disappointing. After this experience, I honestly do not want to use SHEIN again.

I return aload of swimwear over £100 worth and they said I didn't meet the hygiene because the stick was slightly peeled off. The stickers are flimsy and come off easily. I didn't even open 5 of the items and these was also not refunded. So I have asked for my items to be returned but they haven't returned them so they have technically stolen my money. I've seen this has happened to loads or people. It's a SCAM please don't be fooled, save your money and go somewhere else.
I will be contacting trading standards.

My first and only experience of trying to shop at shein was terrible!
I placed an order for almost £700 and paid via paypal. After the tranasction was completed, I received an email asking for proof of payment before the order would be sent out. I provided screenshots from both my paypal and my bank account and was told the next day that those were insufficient!
After re-sending these 3 times over the next week and being repeatedly told they were not enough, I had had it with them.
During my final online chat, which lasted approx 20 mins, I had to demand a refund 3 times before they complied!
Whilst I'm sure many people have no problems, I will never shop with them again.

Untrue claims around swimsuits without issuing refunds, so despite all of the swimsuits I ordered to try on many of which the sanitary stickers were not sticky or folded over or not present, they have claimed they have been damaged/ used, their pictures show the sanitary sticker in place but with small folds, this is how I received them, I did not even try on the particular garments they have pictured, have lost trust in them and have still not had my refund so now paid a lot of money for one very cheap swimsuit, not impressed and taking this further, very poor customer service. Warning take videos of everything u receive, just in case. Edit , whilst they replied below , they did not send an email to help with this , so still no further forward

False Claims to Avoid Issuing Refunds
Very disappointed with SHEIN. They are claiming that the stickers were not attached to the swimming costumes I returned, which is completely untrue. I made a video while packing the return, and it clearly shows that all stickers were attached before sending the items back.
I paid for the order and returned the items correctly, yet I still haven’t received the proper refund. This is a terrible way to treat customers and creates a very poor reputation for the company. Despite selling cheap products, customer service and honesty should still matter.
I will continue fighting for my money back, even if I have to escalate this matter further and take it to the Ombudsman. After this experience, I will never shop with them again.

Would give zero stars, having same problem as multiple ppl on here by the looks of it, returned swimwear that I didn’t try on and they try telling me the hygiene strip was missing, I have asked for video evidence of them opening my return as it’s very easy to remove for a photo so they get payment and item!! Obviously they have not responded, beware and take a photo of strip intact before you return as they are crooks!!!
After getting klarna involved, eventually received my refund, but the amount of reviews on here with same issue gives me concern to but anything with a hygiene strip!!

Ordered some things for my holiday unfortunately they took too long to get here which meant they were no longer needed. I sent them back without even trying them on, didn't even open the items. They refused a refund cause they didn't have the hygiene strip but they mustn't have had that on when they sent items to me. Tried to dispute it but customer service was terrible. No refund for me through no fault of mine but Shein refuse to take responsibility. Having to go through PayPal

Zero customer service it's a bit or someone sending the same answer ,due to the lack of customer care and down right dishonest things happening I won't be using this company again after four years of putting up with prices going up at checkout and things taking too long or being nothing like what's advertised,now I've been defrauded out of fifty pounds for returns no more Shein , after back and forth for five more days I am still down all my money and have been treated poorly by Shein ,please read the reviews about swim wear from Shein on here please

Spent thousands with SHEIN over 4 years. This recent experience has ended that relationship.
Returned two yukata sets exactly as purchased (dress + haori jacket in each set). SHEIN refused the correct refund, falsely claiming “missing accessories” that were never included in the order or product listing.
Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. My explanation and evidence were repeatedly ignored, I was given irrelevant responses, and told my images were “insufficient” despite them being part of their own return process. The chat was then abruptly closed without resolution.
No proper review. No accountability. No refund correction.
Very disappointing handling from a company I once trusted.

Absolutely disgusting service from SHEIN. I am a loyal customer and ordered from them multiple times. Seems they are running a scam at the moment with swimwear by fiddling with the hygiene stickers so they do not have to refund you and won’t return the item either (probably because they put on a fresh sticker and re sell it to someone else). Just wasted over £30 for nothing. This needs to be reported by multiple people as it is fraud and they should be held accountable for it. Lost another customer over this now.

Sent wrong size and sheins response inadequate
I ordered a lot of items including a pair of shoes. The shoes sent were the wrong size. I understand you are offering a refund with a free return label. However, the incorrect size was sent due to an error on SHEIN’s side, not mine.
I ordered the correct size originally, so I do not believe I should have to pay an additional delivery fee just to receive the item I ordered in the first place.
Shein are saying the only option is to return and refund. Poor customer service
