Returned item and will not refund

Returned item and will not refund! saying the hygiene strip was removed but definitely was not by be. I didn’t like the material so did not try it on it was either sent like that’s or they are just trying it on the scammers. This is not the first time this has happened and other people are having the same issue.

Absolutely rubbish customer service

I really wish I had not purchased from SHEIN. I returned two items they sent me an InPost ticket so I followed the process still waiting for a refund and it’s July. InPost cannot verify me because I don’t have the correct details and Shein won’t speak to me because I can’t verify something either I’m not really quite sure what I’m supposed to verify when I’ve given them every single detail I can possibly give them. It’s very very irritating and it is a complete nightmare to get to the customer service because it’s all bots and when you do get to an agent, they don’t really give you a clear answer.

Ordered swimwear, sent them back with the hygiene label ATTACHED, shein removed the labels and told me they won’t refund me as the items didn’t have the labels. REFUSED A REDUND AS THE ITEMS WERE “DAMAGED”. Leave reviews on here and they reply saying they will look into it, I complete the email and they don’t reply. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT** THEY STATE THEY RESPOND WITH A RESOLUTION BUT THEY DO NOT.

Told they have not received an item that was returned and not answering my emails

Ordered a number of items and returned some of them. They told me they had received them all except a swimsuit. I had taken a picture of the item and it was definitely in the parcel. I have emailed them 3 times but have had no reply.
Very disappointed so won't be using them again.

You need to stop you relay delivery…

You need to stop using relay delivery company. They are an absolute disgrace they do not ever knock the door they leave the parcels where ever they want if you don’t stop using them I will have no choice but to report both Shein an relay to uk trading standards

Please go check the picture that the disgusting delivery company has on file as to where they left my delivery. They left it in a place that doesn’t even belong to me and never even knocked my door if I order anything from Sheen again. I will definitely be going to the UK citizen advice and they will report you Shein and relay delivery company to trade-in standards.

Hi you have sent me an email stating that you have put relay delivery company on a blacklist not to deliver to my address anymore. I have just had a message from relay saying that they’re delivering a parcel to me from Shein today I hope this is the last time that they are being sent to my address by SHEIN and I hope that Shein has informed them to KNOCK MY DOOR

I also have another complaint about a delivery from shein to this same address this is from November 2025 evri left a whole parcel of 30 items on my doorstep and didn’t knock my door left the parcel out for everybody to see someone must’ve taken My Parcel because I never received it. I went back and forth with Shein by email. For months to get my refund and they just ignored my request they sent me a picture of the parcel on my doorstep but not with me receiving it. I lost a whole £70 and they never reimbursed me or sent the items again, my order number for that is QSO1Q559000QLD

Returned item and only refunded 68p

I have ordered from
SHEIN on quite a few occasions and returned items. However on my last order I returned a few items , only to be told they are only refunding me 68p for a dress. They said it has a mark on it, I told them that the mark was not made by me. They said if I have a picture of the mark when it arrived they can refund me. So of course I don’t because I never saw this tiny mark . I told them
To return the dress to me and they said no. So people check all your products and take pictures before hand . Ridiculous

I won't be shopping with SHEIN again.

I won't be shopping with SHEIN again.

A couple of items were missing from one of my packages, and a pair of trousers arrived ripped. They're refusing to refund me for those items.

I'm also still waiting for a refund for a bikini I returned. I sent it back in the same condition it arrived in, but they're claiming the hygiene sticker was missing when they received it, which simply wasn't the case. Because of that, they're refusing to refund me. I'm also still waiting for the refund for my bikini top that I returned.

I've heard from quite a few people that this happens a lot, and it's really disappointing to see so many others having similar experiences.

My order number is **GSO17G41900MUY2**.

I won't be shopping with SHEIN again, and I'm glad to see so many people on here feel the same way. I doubt i'll ever get refunded by them but I'll keep everyone updated on what happens next. Please avoid shopping at shein they are scammers! If they reply to this saying it has been resolved they are lying as my lstest reply 5/7/2026 they've just said i'm not getting refunded!!

Returned item that didn't fit

Returned item that didn't fit. Size stated on website nothing like what was received.
Company refused to give refund, claiming the product i returned was different to what they sent.
Scammers

All specific details were supplied through the Shein app, website and multiple emails. I do not wish to waste any more of my time on this company. I hope other people see this and avoid losing money like I did.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
Shien customer service is horrible and their inspection department is scam. So I bought a Nike sneaker worth £88 last month. I made a return with prove uploaded because it wasn't my size. Shein refunded half of my money giving reason because the shoes have been worn.

However, the defective returned item uploaded and sent from shien doesn't show it was my original returned item. I sent other proves to claim it was a wrong item they sent to me as defective. Shien refused to refund me fully. They are scam
Do not my branded shoes from them.

I need a law enforcement agency to help get my full refund.

I ordered a large amount from Shein as…

I ordered a large amount from Shein as I wanted 2 of every size, ensuring I had the right size in time for my holiday. I returned some items, including swimwear. I had a refund on the other items but not the swimwear. Shein said that the hygiene strips were not on there. They definitely were. Shein were holding back £118.25 of my money and refused to send the swimwear back to me, even though I had paid for them. This went on for approximately 6 weeks back and forth. I contacted Resolver and they helped me out. I messaged Shein through Resolver and eventually suggested I would be contacting Trading Standards and my bank. The next day I had the money immediately. Do not let Shein get away with their dodgy work. If you do need to send swimwear back, take photos of everything. Hygiene strips on the items, packaging etc. I'll NEVER buy from them again. Stealing is not a good way to run a business!

Ordered 25 items for holiday

Ordered 25 items for holiday , received parcel 8 items missing . Customer service just reply to say checked order and nothing missing . They are a rip off company and if you check reviews this happens multiple times and no one gets what they paid for . AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Be wary & ensure you photo EVERYTHING on receipt of & return.
Ordered from them so many times without issue but recently seems to have been a bit of a change.
I’ve had various marked/ broken/ items not as advertised & have had issues obtaining refunds from them.
Sent back three swimwear items & they have said all came back to them without hygiene strips. Something isn’t adding up as they were all unopened items as I ordered the same items in different sizes & all three of these were in the same size.
They are now refusing to send the items back as well.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. My item was sent somewhere else, I chased delivery company who provided me with an email which was then passed onto SHEIN. They have done nothing but made it difficult for me to try and resolve this in some way. Tried several times to speak with someone and was given generic pre-typed messages, told to wait 24hrs until I received a response.. didn’t happen! Further told wait 48hrs - SHOCK… didn’t happen either! I will not be buying anything from them again. AVOID!!!!

Certainly won’t be ordering swimwear…

7/7 full refund now issued but it shouldn’t have been the battle that it was in the first place.

6/7 Not refunded full amount owed with no evidence to explain why. Items returned in perfect condition so no reason for deductions that I can see!!

4/7 - sent order number as requested by Shein. Let’s see what happens!!

Certainly won’t be ordering swimwear again. I ordered 8 bikinis and returned 6. They are not refunding me for 4 of them due to not passing the inspection. What a load of nonsense. I only tried the tops on so what can possibly be wrong? Going round in circles on the chat thing with the same repeated answer but no evidence as to why my items did not pass the inspection and I’ve resent the photos from my end. Have to say this has never happened before in the years I have been using shein but it this highly annoying and I’m now almost £30 down on my refund with no idea as to how to get it back. I shall keep trying though. Fuming 😤

Rubbish

Had to return several items and one of them was a bikini. It was returned with the sanitary protection however, they are saying it wasn’t attached and won’t refund in full. They have asked for proof, who takes before and after pictures. What a complete joke. There stuff isn’t that great anyway
